I preordered it but after watching some Valkyries on my shelf...right now my Jetfire Hype level is really low.

 

Surprisingly they have already shown up in retail shops here in Australia - we are usually quite a ways behind you guys, and a great deal of the Generations line dont make it here at all!

 

I really want to like it, but the fake cockpit chest kinda kills it for me. I will still buy it because I'm an addict, but grudgingly.

 

I just got an email from Amazon saying my preorder is pushed back to 9/24.

 

I can't tell you how thrilled I am that KMart has him and I'll get to watch my October slip into November or December (if I'm lucky).

Oddly enough, real jets have painted fake cockpits on their undersides, so it helps lessen the impact of Jetfire's.

 

Just got mine today in West LA.

There were only two left and I almost bought both so I could cancel my Amazon order, but I decided to leave it and give another person a shot at finding one in the wild

 

I can't find this bastard anywhere in my neck of the woods. Checked several Kmarts for a total of an 80 mile radius and none of them have him stock, none have him on order, and some aren't even going to carry it.

Well, that sucks.

Checked Walmart, too, the scanner said "See Associate For Details" and when they checked it for me, it's not even in the system. Not a single mention of it for sale or even what it is.

Checked Target, had them run the DPCI (he's on the website) and they confirmed, at least for this reset/season, he's online only and will not be in stores at this time.

WTF, seriously?

 

BBTS just sent me notice that my preorder came in, but as far as the site goes, he's still not "In Stock" so, they're just filling preorders or they just haven't updated the listings.

 

I received nothing from them, and their listing updates to say it's coming in waves, so some orders won't be filled at this time. I haven't the patience to wait on them (or any retailer, for that matter, at this time) so I went with HTS.

 

HTS still lists him as preorder and not in stock until 9/22. I had him preordered on Amazon and got an email saying he was delayed....then BBTS emailed me....so, I cancelled the Amazon preorder and hit Ship my loot now.

I'm seriously suffering from new toy withdrawl....I am dying for Wheeljack to drop and NY to ship him....then to wait for that....wait. I need my Jetfire for a fix....

 

HTS has been shipping some Jetfires, and the money's already gone from my account, so I assume they're processing him. I've had shipments from HTS be well on their way before taking info even appeared. Hoping the same here.

 

Joy! I found Jetfire out in the wild today.

I went into Kmart not expecting to find him but there he was on the shelf sparkling like a shiny Christmas ornament.

Funny I can't find voyager Hound frickin' anywhere but I find this.

Oh yea, it was found in Visalia, CA.

Found Jetfire at a Kmart in Clinton, MD!!! He was waiting for me on the overstock top shelf, no tags anywhere near any other shelves in the Transformers section. I had checked Target before and found nothing, I didn't even bother with Walmart or Toys r Us since they don't even have him on their website.

 

Well that would be cool then, hope you see him soon. Mine should be here next week, and I've been dying for him since I saw that blurry pic months ago.

I just got my hands on Jetfire in Canada today. But it almost felt like I was buying a Turboman doll.
