i'm not sure why people are sayign beige....hexatron has never been pure white...always a bit of an off white. i think they new photos are jus a bit "warmer" than we've seen in other photos...i don't think the base color has changed. the colored bits do appear to have a more metallic looking paint as opposed to just molded colored plastic. it looks really good, this year is just really tough with so many good releases. i may get it if its still around come say...december or so and doens't sell out with the quickness.

 

If it's just the lighting I'll be ok as long as the base plastic is the same haha

 

Looks nice but not enough for me to double dip on this figure, maybe if he had one really nice alt mode I could display it in next to the first edition.

 

They just gotta sell that helmet and guns separate as well, they're just to awesome for original adopters to not get a crack at!

 

Love the new head, as I never liked the more rounded faceplate on the original. One thing I wish they did was give him longer wings. The chrome rims look okay, and so do the rifles. Very tempting...

EDIT: Just noticed it doesn't have the swords, but I honestly like the cleavers more anyway.If I buy this, I'm definitely in for the cleavers as well. Well played, MMC.

 

I like the helmet, I'd buy if MMC sold it. Definitely not gonna buy the whole figure.

 

I like the new chest wings, but I actually prefer the v1 head. Also I GREATLY prefer the v1 colors. The new aps look good, but not enough to offset the overall color changes.

 

Pre-ordered. Wish they had fixed/modified the leg panels though, like on the Clonedroid KO, so it can be folded flat.

I'm not sure what it is but I really wanted to like Terminus Hexatron when first released but I just didn't I didn't like him he just didn't look right in a way I couldn't explain. Now with this second release I find myself liking him and just like when I didn't I'm not sure what it is that has me liking him now.

 

I wish someone offered bigger hands for hex.

Hex is currently the big boss in my collection, with 3 sets of guns on his body, and holding one of the stag clevers, and chrome helm with black paint around the eyes. I gave the other cleaver to mp-08. It goes well with him or Columpio. Not sure I care that much about the new guns, but wouldn't mind a pair with the new head, and wings.

I think he is my favorite from mmc ( and overall) , followed by Tigris and Leo.

 

guys maybe if we all email or contact mmc they might change their mind about releasing the weapons/head/wings

they might think there is no demand for them.

Same. I dont see why they refuse to make new leg flaps.. That + some bigger hands and the figure would be perfect.

Does remold chest and shoulder piece could affect too much transformation?

 

I don't know if it's that MMC refuses to remold the leg flaps. Correct me if I'm wrong but it seems like this re-issue of the mold is the same price as the original and 2nd run releases of Hexatron.

I think that MMC is doing what they can to offer something different in their 3rd production run of Hexatron, offering it at the same price, and in order to do so, they can't do everything that many people want. We're getting a head sculpt remold, chest wings remold, more paint apps, chromed parts, new guns. I imagine adding in remolded leg flaps would increase the cost of the toy, which would lead people to complain about the increase in price.
