That'd be GI Eddie and Echotransformers. Still in the works, just a bit delayed because the scopes of the project increased.

I'm only interested in a Car-Crash and the Tfcon Kar-Krash.

Maybe if they announce that they will be making the whole G2 team maybe then i'll bite the bullit for the remaining members

quick question, when transforming menasor back into diesel do you just pull the combiner legs off, or is the a release button?

^Turn them 180 and they should slide off. Learned this (almost) the hard way... Started to pull until I figured that... If it isn't pulling off with that amount of excessive force... Then I'm doing it wrong!

I'm super late to the party on this one.... I've had Diesel sitting in its box since it was released, just haven't had time to open it. Opened it last night... just went from truck to robot mode, haven't put together the combined mode yet.

...but man, this is just about the least fun toy I think I've ever owned. :(  I can see now why people dislike him. Just an overly-complicated mess of a figure. Partsforming bits everywhere, panels that are a pain to line up, joints within joints within joints. Ugh. He is so much more complicated than he needed to be. I'm sure Intimidator will look nice once it's all assembled, but I think once I have him in that mode I will likely never transform him again. Kinda sad. I like FP's work a lot, but this was a failed figure in my opinion.

^ Sadley Diesel is the most unfun Fansproject figure I've had in a long time if I want to get him from mode to mode. He's great by himself as a Truck/Robot dude, but the combination process and the extra kibble is not worth attaching to him for an all integrated mode. It's tacky, it doesn;t like to hold, and it looks like garbage ruining the cool bot underneath.

You see I disagree, Diesel has quite the learning curve but once you figure out his tricks he is pretty intuitive, and a very fun and involved transformation. I took mine apart just yesterday to make them individual robots and had a blast.

So true. I think that can be said for the cars, too. The more you transform them they become easier and more enjoyable to do.

Diesel is only unfun the first few times you transform him really because its a steep and slow learning curve of knowing what bits go where and so on. Once you're over the hump he's simply an average involved transformation like rotf optimus or a high end modern macross figure. Panels n swiveling bits a plenty but nothing I'd say is beyond a typical collector.

I guess most collectors don't like the idea of "getting use" to a figure so anything that can't immediately be figured out apparently is worthy of torrents of scorn from the fanbase. Because holy moly has diesels complexity been blown so far out of proportion its crazy.

I hadn't transformed mine out of combined mode for like 4 or 6 months just last week, picked him up and easily pulled him apart and back to truck mode. And I've maybe transformed him 6 or 7 times tops. I love his combined mode so he's rarely been out of it. Actually makes me still want a second set so I can leave him as m3 and have the individual figures to mess with again.

Just pulled my M3 off the shelf last night and put them all in alt mode. Forgot how much I enjoy the team. Diesel might be complex and tabby, but damn if he doesn't look good in all 3 modes. Also Car Crash might be my favorite individual 3P figure I own.

I'd like to see a "Shattered Glass" Puzzler deco of this over G2.

    I'd buy that.

I also might buy a Superion colors scheme/new heads. White, red, black, grey.

That would be cool. I'm still holding out that somebody will make a complete 3rd party Puzzler

Didn't fp say if the g2 breakdown sold they'd consider doing the whole set. I thought the tfcon competition thing he came with was also related to that somehow.

I too recall hearing something to this nature. But as flaky FP is with their communication, who knows as this point.

Hm, okay, well... that's good to know. Maybe he's just an acquired taste. I'll try transforming him back and forth a few more times to see if he grows on me. I like how he looks in each mode well enough, I just hated the process of getting him from one to the other.

The cars don't bother me, their transformation is fine, if a little delicate. It was just Diesel that seemed needlessly complicated. But I'll give him another chance. :)  Because Intimidator really DOES look great all together.

Honestly, I love how this set looks in all modes, but motormaster is the only TF I own that I have to refer to the instructions with. I can remember after fiddling with it, but seriously, it can be frustrating at times
