    CP sent me a whole top half as a replacement. It looks worse than my first figure.

    Am I being anal or is this pretty bad? I want my money back or a proper replacement.

    I'd say if the only problem you had was the last picture (little sprue mark, and chipped paint--not that noticeable) then maybe you were being slightly anal ...

    However that combined with the rest of the problems is bad. I'd ask for a replacement.

    No shipping notice, they just show up, as they did in my case when I checked my mail a few minutes ago. I had no idea they were coming as I simply asked if they were available and Sidecutter totally hooked me up with no problem. Excellent customer service :thumb

    It's kind of ironic, the same day that my replacement shoulder parts came in so did my new Scoria, to replace the one that my nephew damaged, and that one didn't need the new shoulder pieces. I may still install them on the damaged Scoria in the off chance that I want to do a custom or sell him to someone else that may want to do a G2 version or something else as the chrome is the only thing that needs stripped and painted.

    CapturedPrey may have them up for sale. I don't want to speak for Sidecutter, but I believe he stated this earlier in the thread. I purchased my Quakewave off of ebay and the replacement arm/hands had some bad stress marks. I bought a new set from CP.

    I also got my parts from CP. A whole new upper torso as I had an issue with missing pins as well. Everything went together very well and I finally have a Scoria I can transform without parts-forming. Thanks CP & FT!
