Yeah Jetfire is awesome.

 

That Sums up the movie for me perfectly.

My favourite parts have already been mentioned. Effectively to sum up the best parts of the movie:
1) All the scenes with Optimus Prime. I think his best movie, and best "version" of the character from the movie (except maybe the give me your face line!)
2) Everything Megatron related
3) Jetfire, what a cool character.
4) Simmons, the best human character by a long shot. I remember reading a review saying it is like he is in a different movie. I would agree!
5) Bumblebee. I prefer Bee in AoE now, but he is still awesome in this film.

 

Yeah, I continued to like him more and more as the series went on. He went from being a nuisance to being a contributor. I could have done without the giant butt scene, though  
Another character who really improved for me was Wheelie. I despised him in RotF, but loved him in DotM!

 

It had Femmes and it ended.

 

I liked the character development (or well progression) Simmons went in to. He's bitter cynical yet more humbled and that one man alone....line pretty cool.

 

The Constructicons. I loved those designs so much, Long Haul, Scrapper, Mixmaster, and Overload especially.

what a weird film....TF2 is disappointing on a number of levels but let's try to remain positive:

has allot of GREAT transformations in it.....we get 3 optimus prime transformations in the opening 10 minutes...the shanghai opening fight has some of the best transformations in the entire trilogy: sideways into vehicle mode, sideswipe & when Optimus lands gently into vehicle mode after parachuting down.

i really like how TF2 has some nice foreshadowing to the events of TF4.

obviously the factory/forest battle is arguably the best action sequence/fight in the film series.

loved Soundwave in this one...really enjoyed how he didn't step foot on earth and did his leading from space..kinda cool that until megatron is revived & with starscream aboard the nemesis tending to the hatchlings; soundwave is in operational control for the 1st portion of this film.

Ravage was great..great shot of him shooting at the base when they steal the shard..wish he woulda survived til part 3 like originally planned

i like how the group (autobots) became segregated immediately following Optimus Prime's death & it was basically up to Skids, Mudflap, Wheelie, & Bumblebee to save the world.

I liked Simmons, Sam, & Mykayla

"Ironhide, we should leave this planet.." "That's NOT what Prime would have wanted.." (Ironhide flexing his leadership abilities)...so 1/2 way in TF2, Ironhide temporarily becomes the leader of the autobots essentially.

"You dare point a gun at me?! I will tear you apart!!" if only he made it to TF4

I liked how Megatron took a different alt form in this film and i liked how he was different in each TF film thus far as a matter of fact.

I liked it when Ironhide, Elita-One, Arcee, & Chromia rolled out together in Egypt.

i liked it when Sideswipe gets shot in the face when yelling out "here's sam!" for some reason...i guess cause he just brushes it off like it's nothin'

if you're a fan of decepticons this is def your movie...they get respectable screen time and shockingly not all of them are killed off at the end of the film.

i appreciate them remembering about Scorponock

overall, not a great film but it has it's moments

 

The credits. That was the best, most fulfilling part for me.

Really, I'm curious to know why?

 

I actually like rotf(yea I said it come at me) I would change some things but I thought the movie was pretty cool. I like it more than dotm. I saw it 16 times and a lot more on tv. The toys and video game was awesome.

 

I will only watch Rotf if I'm bored or something, Netflix just put the whole trilogy so I could watch it please PLEASE

 

-The new Transformers (especially the Twins, Wheelie, Soundwave, and Jetfire)
-Human cast was still great (I loved Sam, Mikaela, the parents, Simmons, Lennox, and Epps in the first movie, and I liked Leo a lot in this one too and even Dwight as the astronomy professor   )
-The Shanghai opening
-The forest fight
-Devastator
-Soundwave being a freaking satellite was so cool, and I'll NEVER forget how excited I was to hear Frank Welker's voice coming out of him
-the Egypt fight
-Megatron's resurrection and his new alt. mode, and I love the scenes between him and Starscream... felt very "G1" to me

I think that Revenge of the Fallen gets way too much hate, do this day I honestly can't see what's so wrong with it. It has everything I look for in a Transformers movie. Even though the first is definitely my favorite, Revenge of the Fallen is an extremely close second.

Basically. Though I don't know if it has the highest highs, there's quite a handful of just cool parts.

That's basically what all the movies are. A bunch of cool scenes with shit holding them together. Just that ROTF is the worst at hiding this fact because it's shit is really, really bad.
