I don't think the movie verse bots lend themselves well to the kreon medium. The tamographs are convaluded and too complex I think. They just look jumbled and meh overall...but I do like that crosshairs.

Is it just me or is the plastic on the preview wave microchangers really crappy?

I've had a Sunstorm wrist split and now Spinister's arms might be heading toward the same fate :/

My Waspinator is super loose, so it wouldn't surprise me.

The SDCC also seem to have below average QC. My Skywarp's face was printed on diagonally, my Prowl has a dark smudge on his chest, my Sunstreaker's arms are super, super loose and my Ultra Magnus' waist falls off if you touch him.

I think I'm lucky so far that I've spent hundreds $ for Kre-o and none has bad printing even though there are few with loose arm or legs joint, but I could easily fix that the way I fix the loose joint on my Lego minifigs. But no major defect so far hopefully it stays that way with all my purchase in the future :D

    Is there a grey version of Trypticon's t-rex head/helmet?

AOE Wave 2 (Hound, Galvatron, Crosshairs, Bee) Custom Kreons are now available in San Diego. Wave 2 blind bags are scheduled for the 3 SD stores in 2 weeks, as well as the Dinobot Custom Kreons in September and a SKU with no product description ($19.99, is it the Stinger Replicator Chamber maybe?)

AOE custom wave 2 has been out for a few weeks now.

According to Hasbro's SDCC display AOE custom wave 3 does not come out until Dec.

The replicator set is only 77 pieces so using the piece count math at $0.10 a piece it comes to only $7.70 so If the replicator set is released I wouldn't expect it to sell for over $10. I say IF because this set was not shown at SDCC and there has been little to no talk about this set.

The Replicator was at SDCC the night before, but wasn't on display (or even mentioned, aparently) at the actual convention. My fiance is the Event Coordinator for Petco Park (usually her job is giveaways, etc for the Padres) but we get access to fun stuff too. That's how I was able to get 3 Kreo sets, plus the Dinobots and never had to deal with the crowd at all, as far as for purchases.

We JUST got Wave 2 in SD. I got 6 Galvatrons, 2 Crosshairs, 2 Hounds, and 1 Bumblebee.

Cool- great to hear the replicator set won't be an Asia exclusive.

That's what I am hoping, but it is strange they didn't have it displayed for the actual event. When is/was the event in Asia they said it would be available at as an exclusive? At least we could start watching eBay that way.
Since the unknown SKU number has a price that seems too high for that set, have we heard any more about the Silver Knights collection?

Cool news on Asda!! If you are looking for more. They also sell them in Tesco's £2.49 (I think) and in the Toymaster near me for £2.00. I just hope they all get wave 6 too so we have plenty of places to bag fondle. :D

OK, so I have been using kre-o to re-build and add to the g1 collection I had before marriage. I had to sell it all off in order to get a better car, apartment, etc. For my new family and though I mention it, it is not a complaint but statement of fact. Back-story aside, I am loving my defensor and abominus, especially since they were my first g1 combiners in the 80's. The little decal elements where a sweet touch in recreating their g1-esque feel, even with abominus being based on Prime. I fell in love with those characters all over again.
