I don't know about those, but in Bot mode, I take the quad shottys and tab them in on the posts on his back/shoulders. gives a SWEET look in bot mode..like big stacks coming from his back.

 

Finally found this guy in Ontario at a toysrus for those in the area still looking

 

I do not know if I got stupid lucky, but his guns are holding TIGHT. maybe a running change? I only say that because I could not understand anyone complaining about his guns if all copies were like mine. Anyone else have good holding guns?

 

not super tight but mine hold fine, some just not as good on some places but im ok

Finally found this guy at target today and you know, he's a good solid toy. Very conventional transformation with no surprises. That leaves me feeling a bit meh but not too much since it does get the job done. Both modes are solid and fun. Great pose-ability, kibble is minimal and out of the way. Waist swivel! And it's not even part of the transformation. That's cool.

On the bad side, there's some flash and molding issues on some of my guns. Giant combined gun isn't exactly stable even after trimming and cleaning the excess plastic. Lastly, i wish they would've painted the giant gray piece on the the truck interior black because it looks like shit in truck mode. Small gripes really.

Overall, he's easily one of the best toys from the movie line and definitely worth picking up.

 

Funny story, someone actually did a custom like that.

Whoa, what's with the Kup blue on his body? Is that how the toy looks?

 

There is a small difference of color between the body & the head - the flash on a camera only intensifies it...

 

It was taken with a cell phone camera, so it's a bit off. It's not that blue in person.

 

I got this guy today and I am really enjoying the articulation he has along with the amount of options I get in arming him up. I have him in a pretty elaborate pose disposing of Legion Crowbar by double wielding his smallest guns. The dark green is pretty appealing to me as well.
A problem I have already encountered is the stressing around the handles of Hound's shotguns. I am not too sure if I should be worried about it or if there is anything I can do to not stress them further?

I've actually seen him showing up more often at different Targets and Walmarts lately. I finally bought him 2 weeks ago. Not going to open him, Drift, or Crosshairs until I get the DVD.

 

I just went and ordered mine from HTS when he came back in stock after the first wave of orders.
Good figure, I just want a redo with a fat head and a fat gut.
