I got it from Home Page | HobbyLink Japan
Darker grey would have matched better but yeah...normal grey would do for me at the moment since I have those lying around.

That does look better in robot mode. But do those door bits still stay on in car mode?

Just brush a thin layer of super glue on the peg to thicken it up and d door bits will fit in very securely. Alternatively you can just superglue it to make it permanent.

I think it's really well done and looks cool, even if the hands aren't accurate. Though of all this figure's issues, the hands were deffinitely not one of the major ones. :lol

Holy shit I was thinking the same thing a few days ago, so does the new hands need a joint connector to stay in place or do they just sit there

Amazing work dude you made it a lot better

No connector needed. The 1/144 ball joint end just fit nicely on the wrist area

Honestly its a bit tricky since they are really tiny. U definitely need a pair of small tweezer and lots of patience!

    Mine are square type.

This seriously pops the figure! Would like to now how you made those parts of the door stay on his legs! Would also like to know how you applied the gundam hands. :)

The gundam hands comes in a pair.

In car mode that lower door part is peg onto the leg (original position). No modification needed.

As for the hands, once u cut the door into half as in my mod, u will immediately notice that there is a slot/hole on the wrist. The gundam hands perfectly fit in there ! That upper door part is screwed in. Unscrew it, remove the upper door part and then sandwich the gundam hands in between and screw it back on! It's just that easy. Again no modification needed.

    Hope it helps.
