Mine is the TF3 opening, I just love how they connected the Apollo mission to transformers!

Honestly? ROTF with Ironhide transforming. That got me pumped.

 

I'm going with the AoE opening. Loved all the ships, the CGI dinosaur, and the alien hand we get a glimpse of...

 

DOTM.I love how Optimus talks about the war and the Ark

 

This is difficult. I'll say DotM, but only for the Cybertron sequence. That...that left me speechless in the beauty.

 

Man, it's a difficult question. I love the Cube introduction with Optimus Prime's narration. RotF opening is meh. DotM is amazing. Long, but amazing and quite explain what's going on. AoE's also amazing 'cause it's so different and I love the ships appearing and then suddenly a waterfall and dinosaurs.

By the way, would be better if this thread was a poll thread?

I have to say Aoe cause its different from the last trilogy; no optimus speech and no transforming title. I really liked the ships and the Creator's hand.

AOE, definitely. Felt like a whole other movie to me, felt truly surreal.

DOTM, seeing Cybertron, the Apollo mission, just very well done.

 

DOTM for me. As much as I dislike a lot of the film, that intro was epic. The music, the sweeping shot of Cybertron, and the reveal of Sentinel and his eye transforming into the title, just wow. Shame it had to cut to an ass shot of Rosie H-W typical of Bay. Those 11 minutes were just glorious though.

 

AOE for me. The sound effect of those ships was fucking glorious and badass, then seeing the title turn to appear instead of transform just gives it that mysterious feeling that tells you this movie will be different and deeper. The dinosaurs were great to see too, as well as seeing the seeds do their thing.

 

The first one by far. The music that plays during it is like the theme of the film, it brings back so many memories and Ohhhh I love it.

 

Dark of the Moon by far! Optimus' narration over a suspenseful sequence that takes place on a beautifully realized Cybertron is unmatched.

 

If we're talking about just Optimus narration openings (and Age of Extinction's dinosaur opening) then I'm definitely going to go with Dark of the Moon's Cybertronian war with the Ark opening.

If it's beyond that, then I have to say I REALLY love the SOCCENT Base attack from the first one AND the Shanghai fight in Revenge of the Fallen.

 

DOTM. Loved the entire opening sequence. I got chills when the camera went into the ark and we got a glimpse of sentinel prime with that amazing score playing in the background
