Blaster is sweet!! How did you get those speakers on the legs so circular? I always struggle painting circles, even when I try to mask.

I just got the SDCC set in the mail yesterday (so far got the cheapest one sold on ebay) and it is AMAZING! I thought the box was scratched, but it turns out that it is "marbled" like a real yearbook would be. Also, I didn't realize that each character had an attribute assigned to them, like Optimus being chosen "most likely to succeed." The little accessories are almost vacuumed sealed in there, and we're painful to remove without cutting the plastic.

Soooo many figures! I love how Bluestreak is Diaclone blue. I know that some of these guys weren't in the first season. I preemptively went on ebay and picked up Bombshell and Kickback to complete the insecticons. A highly recommended set, especially if you're like me and didn't have any of these figures to start with.

Wheeljack, Thundercracker, Magnus, Jazz, Ratchet, Ironhide, Rumble/Frenzy. Maybe Sideswipe. The rest, I either like another version that's already been done better, or I'm not interested in.

Yeah, some of them are not the best representations, unfortunately as a Kre-O completest I must own this set. *SIGH*

I'd love to get that 1984 class if I could get it at reasonable price, dont mind if its like $120 but since I'm living in South East Asia, that means the price total including shipping would 3.5 times of the original price.

Some of the colours and torso printing arent my fav though. Its called class of 1984 but the Bumblebee has a different face from the original.

I think bumblebee is based on the toy model. Many of them are based on the toy models I think. I wish they used two of megatrons gun to do the pistons on frenzy and rumble.

My cousin was able to get me one ended up paying 65 plus tax for the set plus a extra 10 for the trouble and in shipping and its around the same as spending 90+ on ebay. So bought a spare to open on ebay got it for 93 shipped scalpers arnt making much off this set.

The 1984 set is really nice (love the accessories) but I can't justify the cost when I only really want a few of them. Plus, not a fan of noses on kreons. I'll stick with customizing the ones I have.

Thanks! Can't wait to see who'll be in the next wave of microchangers even if it's going to be a pain to get them now. ToysRUs exclusive and no codes...:banghead:

I made labels for the speakers. Painting little circles on the legs never would've come out as nice. :)

Here's my take on Strongarm from the new cartoon. I'm sure she'll get an official kreon at some point but I didn't want to wait to add her to my shelf. So happy with the show design.

I will get the SDCC if I can...I like that it has unreleased figures and second shots at pack-in characters. That being said, the nitpicker in me finds the presence of Perceptor, Arcee, and Magnus out of place. Those three slots should have been Reflector...or Spike, Sparkplug, and Carly...or a Bumblejumper, Skids, and Hauler...Nightbird maybe?

And great work on the customs, gang!

I tried having the beast helmet horizontal for that Xenomorph-esque head shape, but it just didn't look right.

Love that Injector. I forgot what an ugly fig that guy was :)

Quick question: anyone know which sets come with more bricks in that tan color found on Barrage? I'm working on a Raiden custom and I could use some smaller bricks.

Well, got my '84 set today and must say it lives up to the hype. It's nice and big, and to be honest, really thoughtfully designed - I suspect more people than usual will keep this thing sealed, simply because you don't have to unseal the set to see and display the figures. Super tasteful. WOOOOO!

    Nice job, as always, Noidea!

Autobot Command center down to $25 at TRU.com...five more than HTS...but you can still get free shipping there.

For 20 the autobot command is a nice price considering it has 5 kreons plus enough extra parts almost like 2 to 3 customizers

$25 sounds like a good enough price to hour if international postage doesn't suck. I'd like the Prime Arcee and Bumblebee.

I am beginning to grow concerned and disappointed in Kre-O, first my AoE Vehicon in Dinobot Charge had part of his face non-existent, as though something blocked it during the printing process. Next a D&D Orc had no facial print at all. But for the first time I've purchased a set that was actually missing a piece.

Another D&D set, and one of the building pieces was just not there, oh sure I was missing a head once with one of my Kreons, but I have never purchased a set that was actually missing a piece needed to build the model. Either Hasbro needs to make things easier to get missing pieces, or they need to start including spares like LEGO does, because not having the necessary pieces to build the model is a crucial thing.

Fortunately I had a similar piece spare from one of my other building block brands, sadly it does not match the colour scheme. If this becomes the normal trend with future purchases, where I begin to find more and more problems or missing pieces I may be forced to re-evaluate my decision to collect this brand from Hasbro. At least when I'm missing a piece from a LEGO set I just have to go onto their customer service site and fill in a form, without having to have some kind of account like Hasbro's site forces you.

I'd like to get that set but its still at normal price here and international shipping cost sucks, I recently bought the Ripclaw strike and Barricade cycle chase sets because its only half price :D
