So the camera skips to inside the ship where we see, Hound, Drift, Bee and Cade, Tessa: "Dad, how long will this go on? When will we finally find a real home?" Cade replies: "Sweetie, you know what Optimus said, we are a family now, we have to stand together, next is a replica of Hound: "I wonder how is the big boss doing?" and here we skip to Optimus, who is flying in deep space, dodging meteors and space rocks, but suddenly a bright light flashes (he stops flying) and as soon as the light reduces "It cannot be!" (Prime's angry face)

That laser beam I described earlier, it is powered by the AllSpark. And the AllSpark is made out of transformium from other cyber formed worlds

 

Prime never returned, that's the first time we see him in TF5 and he is till after 'the Creators', as for the creatures from the cages, the good ones, who were probably innocent were released

Well it depends what the plot/story will be about. I can't just make up a subtitle for the film if I have no idea what to expect from it.

 

Probably Optimus finding the creators and they destroy him & decide to kill all the Transformers (you know what I'm sayin this old-"I created you and I'm gonna kill you!" thing) while on Earth Bee and the bots fight Galvatron and some new cons, the creators make their way to Earth and with the help of some new guy - maybe Primus, the good guys destroy the creators and save their race! And resurrect Optimus!
