Personally I didn't like The masterpiece Megatron. What's your least favorite?

Also Megatron. He's the only one I sold off. Until a V2 comes out, MP Black Convoy, Quakewave and Starscrream can battle for leadership.

im gonna get so much hate for this but out of the ones I have I have to go with the MP-13 mold. Both Soundwave and Soundblaster. Own them both and they both feel the most "brittle" I suppose is the best word for it. After that then the MP-11 mold.

Original seeker mold. Just clunky, way too kibbly, and generally not fun to play with.

I only have five (MP01, MP10, Grimlock, WM Starscream, TrU Soundwave), and Soundwave easily qualifies as my least favorite. He was a total disappointment in that the right shoulder became loose after owning it for two days. It can't even hold a pose with that arm and it even swings freely as if it were attached by string. For all the hunting and desire I had for it, it was a total let-down. At least the cassettes are all awesome.

I'm going to take so much flak for this, but of the ones I own, I have to say Sideswipe is my least favorite. QC issues aside, I just don't think the Lambos are nearly as good as the Datsuns

I too would have to say the original Jet MP's,they just have so many problems like the hip kibble, all the panels not lining up,tight joints. But with MP Acid Storm I got last year most but not all of those issues were fixed.

And not if but when Hasbro rereleases Starscream and Gang in the new style I am gonna try my hardest to get them, and sell my Walmart Scream and Warp. And even tho it may be a year or two before that happens I can wait for near perfection.

Megatron for not being that good and the cosmic-rustiness and MP09 for the fragility and breakages. MP13 is a fucking rock compared to that hunk of glass.

I'm probably gonna regret this, but Bumblebee. Based off the pictures, it does nothing for me. Proportions look totally off and the face sculpt looks.... yeah.

    He fat.

Good thread, I was actually thinking of starting one just like this the other day!

:lol  When he comes he will be along with Evangellion Whatever you call him Optimus prime, that thing is 'meh' with a capital "M"!

I'm with you, buddy, I never cared for him in the cartoon, other than jet-judo and digging a hole, he did next to fuck all in the cartoon apart from being a fancy red car. He was the next Mp I owned after second favorite, MP-09, his diminutive size, lack of die-cast, gimmicks and accessories were a huge step down from what I had become accustomed to in the MP line, add to the fact I never gave a crap about the character in the cartoon as well.

He's grown on me but he's easily my least favorite and if push came to shove, he'd be the first masterpiece out that door!

unfortunately...gotta give it to my TRU Rodimus. Megs is a close second though...his accesories and the 3rd party add on kit helps him beat Roddy out...IMO

Original Seeker mold, Megatron, Rodimus Prime, and all of the ridiculous and/or obscure fanwank repaints.

Not expecting to be terribly impressed with the upcoming Ultra Magnus either, but maybe (hopefully) that'll change once I have it in hand.

Don't get me wrong, I'm into the Lamborghini mold overall (I have Sideswipe, G2 Sideswipe, and Red Alert and I love them all) but I will concede that the Datsun mold is way better. The transformation is better, the parts look more...cohesive, and if you look at one of the Lamborghinis from the back it kinda looks like crap. Too many gaps and exposed parts.

I'm gonna cast another vote for Megatron - he just looks and feels bad, whereas Rodimus is super flimsy but he looks beautiful when you get him to hold still.

I'd also like to put in a vote for the original MP-2 Ultra Magnus - the MP-01 mold is far better suited to how Prime looked in the movie, the colors are super bland, and it seemed like kind of a half-assed attempt at a Magnus while saving some money. I don't care how bad people were crying in the MP Magnus thread, Ultra Magnus is not a white Optimus in most of the fictions and I have a hard time considering that thing a true Magnus.

Rodimus. I never was able to even transform the 2 I owned because of its spontaneously disintegrating shoulders.

Next up is probably Grimlock. Even though I bought the mold twice, I sold it both times. It looks great but I hate the tail wagging gimmick with a passion. It needlessly makes the torso floppy.

I have to go with Masterpiece Megatron. He has a fantastic alt mode, but his robot mode is awful. More than anything though, I hate his head. It looks like some random person tried making a megatron head out of a ken doll head. DOES NOT WORK.

After that, probably MP-13b. I'm so-so on the mold, got it because I like soundwave, but I have no draw to the 13b character. I was also disappointed with ratbat.

Megatron for me. The only MP to break on me on the 1st transformation (and it cracks me up whenever people respond "don't ham fist him while handling him", as if I'm going to be rough with a $100+ collector's item). If his manufacturing tolerances weren't so tight, we wouldn't have ones that break and ones that don't. Not to mention the little plastic tabs that are supposed to hold him together in alt. mode. Who's idea was that?

I think he's worse than Hot Rodimus, because at least MP-09 looks fantastic in both modes. Plus I've been lucky that my MP-09 hasn't broken (yet, knock on wood).

Of those I have, it has to be Sideswipe. His robot mode is pretty good, but despite having a Countach alt mode...it leaves me cold.

He's blown out of the water by Prowl who, by my own standards, has a fairly ugly alt mode (because of its 80s styling).

He could be replaced by Bumblebee...that face is killing it for me.
