Next time you're heading up to Taipei, shoot me a PM. There a bunch of great toy shops up this end of the island.

Screw the haters, this was a great review on yet another figure I must have in my collection. So far this recent AOE line when counting on just the deluxes and voyagers has been pretty good so far, especially the Dinobots. However one thing that still bugs me and that's mostly with the Dinobots. This Slog figure makes it the third (fourth if you wanna count Grimlock) Dinobot with the damned gorilla arms, and of course I'm gonna have to fix it up but other than that it looks pretty damn awesome and somewhat surprised at the dull gray color scheme. What, could Hasbro not think of a funky color scheme for this one or something? They decided to instead make the figure actually somewhat resemble its cg counterpart, which I'm not complaining about but its not something I was expecting.

Any way keep up the reviews Felzbug.

I don't get the fixation with gorilla/popeye arms...does anybody like them?
I'm actually happy they made him gray, but yep, it does beg the question why this figure? I guess they could have gone with green, yellow or pink for sentai coordination
    and Thanks

You're very welcome! I truly have enjoyed your progression as a reviewer. I'll be watching as long as you keep making them. I hope you go a long way like I know you will!

I like how you review toys. It's fun and full of personality. And the puppet's really cute and well made.

Slog's definitely good as bought. I might have to snag him online in case things go south for the AoE line.

Thanks kaiserlisk! actually I have to fix felzbug, tonight, the grips to open and close his mouth came unglued (Taiwan is ridiculously hot in summer) so when you wrote well made it made me laugh! I do think he looks good on the outside though!
    Thanks again

Yeah, xe07 I dig the personality to your reviews as well.

I did up a review of Slog too, which is my first review of anything ever! It was interesting figuring it all out, but it sure took a long time. Should go a lot smoother with some more experience, and hopefully I can be getting the occasional review up much quicker, and eventually be making them as smooth as yours.

If anyone thinks of any suggestions on how to improve the video in any way, I encourage you to please let me know.

Can the jousting lances be mounted on the hands using the black handles instead of the red ones, so that they can face right side up?

Well, he can hold the lances by the black piece like in these pics, sticking straight out from holding it in either the bottom or the top of the hand.
But in the 4th picture, that is as far forward as the red piece will angle forward, so for forward 'poking' the only way I can see to get that to work is as seen in the first few pics. Hope that's what you meant.

And a pic of him talking to himself.
    And bustin' some moves!

Your review is the best - you didn't cheat like the rest of the reviewers by starting out in dino mode. You started in robot mode just like it comes out of the package. Nice job!
