I only go to either the local stores or the Internet. If I happen to be away from home anyway sometimes I check out a store to see if they have anything different, but you don't know what you're going to find if you go out of your way to check out what a store has.

I think an hour's drive is about as far as I've ever gone specifically for a Transformer.

I remember once driving 2 hours for a MIB complete Motormaster... Totally worth it.

When I was younger I'd do the hour and a half walk into town and back to buy TF. I could've taken the bus, but then I wouldn't have had enough money left to buy the figure I wanted. When Micromasters were like four quid a pack and the return on the bus cost £2 and all you had was £4, it meant it was walking time or no toys.

A few years ago when I was out of work and had no car and was on a really tight budget I'd walk into town to save cash rather than pay for the bus.

Walking's boring more than anything else. Totally sucks to look ahead at the long straight road you're walking along and know you've still got an hour or so before you reach that horizon. I'd end up walking head down and counting steps in a numbers game to distract myself. And then after a particular number look up and hope to be surprised just how far I'd gone by not concentrating on my surroundings. Depressing, eh? Although funny (and perhaps ironic too) just how much money you find walking along staring at the ground.
I might put the effort in if it's something really worth it. I suppose the better the offer the further I might travel.

I bought the Euro exclusive Beast Hunters Cyberverse repaints when I was in England back in May. I didn't go specifically to buy them obviously but would that count?

If not the furthest I've gone is the TRU about 15 minutes away. Thats about as far as I'm willing to go for toys.

Da da da, da da da!

An hour is probably my limit as I just get them locally and I can't even drive anyway.

Now real transformers on the other hand....

That picture makes no sense. What would possibly be beyond infinity?

No more than a half hour. Most of the stuff i can easily get one online stores. Lately the thrill of the hunt has been very unsuccessful. Recently i have started resorting to Ebay and TFsource.

I don't drive farther than 20 miles, but the trip is usually a few hours long.
