Seeing this thread soothes my old soul, Animated is my favorite line. You guys are truly enlightened. I just grabbed Elite Guard Voyager Prime and now I need to find the black convoy.

 

I know this thread is traditionally a Photo Drool Fest, but I need a little help.

My Voyager Skywarp will NOT got back into Jet mode. His "back of knee caps" just won't lock into the back of the wing piece. I can get one to go, but then when I try to put the other in, the other one POPS OUT! ACK! I think his stinking POPEYE arms are in the way or something.

Any help greatly appreciated.

Just finished cleaning the Activators toys.

This is the group shot with all Animated Activators:



If you want some help to identify the toys, from back to front:

1. Ramjet, Skywarp, Starscream, Thundercracker, Dirge
2. Battlefield Bumblebee, Cliffjumper, Bumblebee, Patrol Bumblebee
3. Lockdown, Bandit Lockdown, Soundwave, Electromagnetic Soundwave, Electrostatic Soundwave
4. Megatron, Fireblast Grimlock, Grimlock, Ratchet
5. Grimlock, Armor Up Optimus Prime, Optimus Prime, "The Cool" Optimus Prime, Bulkhead

There are two Grimlocks in the picture because I want to have rows with 5, 4, 5, 4 and 5 toys each. And my wife like to see Grimlock in dino mode.

 

I don't collect the Activators but I am envious whenever I see that Ramjet. I know that Rosewater would give a left nut to own one of those (maybe not his left nut - but a left nut none the less).

I do have the Electormagnetic (white) Soundwave and may pick up the other two Soundwaves this Saturday at TFCon (and perhaps a Cliffjumper as we may never see the little guy in any other format).

 

BEAUTIFUL Activators lineup, congratulations! That's what I am aiming for bit by bit.

I like the artwork Takara commissioned for Activator Optimus. Very toy accurate

 

all this talk and images of animated made me realize I need that de-evolved form of Soundwave from the episode Sound and Fury

The best way to achieve this is too get activators Soundwave   I winder if others have display this activator with their deluxes and voyagers
