Beast Hunters are indeed not available in America, not even Canada has seen any of them. I haven't even seen the so-called third wave of elite figures from the first run of CBs with Shockwave, Smokescreen and Dragstrip. Anybody know if they even showed up in large enough quantities down south? I'd really love to at least complete the first series of CBs.

Strafe is a great figure, but yeah, if his arms aren't posed just right in beast mode he flops over on his faces. Still an awesome looking figure though.

My area also recently dropped their price for those on old frame designed Cbots.

I got a Wheeljack and Soundwave at about USD7 and Starscream and Thundercracker at at about USD9. Strange the seekers are smaller scale but they cost more.

I assembled up Starscream and Thundercracker. Starscream is nice except for a 1/2 painted head.

But Thundercracker is totally horrid. The blue is a very dull blue, the fram is red and does not match the blue at all. Amd the wings are badly shaped and designed. Very discppointed with it.

they made thundercracker with triple changer bumblebee's parts. i would have preferred him to be a straight repaint of starscream. however, i really liked his colors and headsculpt (improved over starscream).

My Thundercracker is using the frame from Scout BumbleBee and it looks much better. Bee is using Soundwave's yellow frame, who is using CliffJumper's black or gray frame, who is using Thundercracker's red frame XD

If anyone's looking for Shockwave, Dragstrip, and Smokescreen, I picked some up in case anyone needed them here. Looking for some Kre-O or my other wants but I can sell them as well.

Wulongti Bro, sincere thanks to your sharing of frame swapping ideas, I had halted my combiner project and went ahead for Seekers project.

I presents, cbots Seekers team. A little swapping of parts after obtaining a couple of new sets (Blitzwing and Extra Starscream set) on clearance. And the only painting I need to do is for one of my Starscream' s cbots head (with blue eyes) that was strangely 1/2 painted, that head eventually goes to Skywarp.

I love it that each one of the Seekers have their unique form and each with a unique gun.

Starscream has the least mod done on him, he just stole the head from Thundercracker.

Thundercracker's red bodyframe was replaced with black/grey bodyframe and it look amazing now. I almost give up on him and now I have found the love for him again

Skywarp was mainly made with Blitzwing set's purple parts and bodyframe (or any black/grey body frame), I could have used Shockwave's parts too, but I love Shockwave too much to do that to him. But Skywarp did stole his thigh guard as my mod to make Shockwave to transform into a gun make the thigh guard redundant.

I had said this before and I will say this again. Although cbots seemed to be like toys for kid. But for an adult like me, the cbot line had give me immersed fun and room for creativity to kick the fun level another notch. And I really love most of the headscalp as they are very much close to the feel of the the G1 Transformers that is all so dear to us. Also there are a lot that could be done on cbots that sometimes the main line toy of Transformers could not do.

And it was exactly that which got me started looking at the cbots toy. The Grimlock cbots set was the very first cbots set I owned due to my desire to had Optimus riding Grimlock gimmick. Also the tail sword was impressive. After that there is no looking back.

Sad but also glad that they had been neglected by most and shelve warmed. In a twisted way because of that, it make it easier to spend to get more set when they are on clearance.

    Next stop, Combiners.

I could not help you there as most of my AOE are in box/package.

Oh, wait. I broke out one deluxe Strafe, but seems like the head size of AOE deluxe toys are much smaller than the cbots' head sculpture.

Also to fix the cbots head onto the AOE toys, seems like there will be hell lot of modding to do for that.

Not only that, the plastic seems to be made of cheaper plastic. The surface kinda 'oxidise' and lost it's shine.

Thank you. Always happy to know someone enjoyed looking at my project and appreciate the effort.

By the way you had made a combiner too. Any new combiner creation?
