Not sure if this has been noted before, but A1 comics in Glasgow had the First Edition AoE Leader Prime in stock, with stickers on them claiming to be an A1 exclusive. Price was reduced from £59.99 to £49.99. Picked him up, lovely box, nice big figure... then put him back. Maybe if he was £30, but since the other Leader figure being released at Argos is £44.99 and looks better, then I knew I would only be buying him for the novelty value.

 

Don't know if this has been posted yet, but ToysRus Manchester have the Slug evolution 2 pack in... and just Slug. The shelf ticket says Slug specifically too so no holding breath on Strafe I guess. Also they've massively, as in 30 to 40 of each, restocked voyager Prime and Grimlock which is probably a pretty good sign we're not getting anything beyond wave 1 for a while, if not ever.

Orbital comics in Central London (nearest tube, Leciester Square) is the only brick and mortar store I can think of that'll have MP's in stock. Last time I was there they had Soundblaster, Starscream and G2 Sideswipe in stock.

Fobidden Planet in Shaftesbury Avenue might have an MP in their display, but iirc they don't have any in stock.

 

Is there any idea when the Optimus evolution two pack is going to be released as I'm planning to kill two birds with one stone

 

Just found Doubledealer and Whirl in FP. £22.99 a pop. They also had Springer at the same price.

 

If only my forbidden planet was this good....mine barely have anything, still have a reveal the shield mindset, a DOTM mudflap and a few one step changers, beast hunter figures and the AOE legends figures -.-

 

Given these two comments and from other people's posts, I'm assuming that Primal_Grimlock was at a Forbidden Planet and Powerglide1991 was at a Forbidden Planet International.

 

Pretty sure mine is just a FP, I haven't really paid attention tbh, i'll have to check.

 

We have both, but this was FP. Our FPI is called Worlds Apart.

Middlesbrough's is an FP International - haven't been there in ages due to lack of new stock, switching over to Comixology and the fact that the staff in there remind me of Dylan Moran's character from Black Books.

I don't know if it's already been reported, but Whirl and Doubledealer are in Forbidden Planet, London for a not unreasonable £22.99. Picked up a Whirl; it seemed churlish not to. One Whirl and two or three Doubledealers left, folks.
