Some kid kept asking his dad if Lockdown was a Decepticon. The father answered "Yes" and I turned around and said, "Don't lie to that little boy. He's not a 'Con."
Lmao I would've turned around and slowly taken off my 3D glasses and say, "You sick motherf-" and then turn around and act like nothing happened.
Only thing out of the ordinary was a really audible snort of "Steve Jobs" from somebody in the back when Joshua was going on about "the sound of the future." people clapped at the end and "ooooo"d but no cheering. Oh, and the guy next to me kept texting. With his screen on max brightness.
Scum of the Earth, right there. I hate it when people talk during movies. At least whisper! I remember during Amazing Spider-man 2, some kid kept talking and complaining to his dad during the movie. A little distracting, that was.
Got a couple of laughs from the rest of the audience, but most of the reactions came from my family. But I'd say that when the credits rolled there was a decent amount of clapping behind us, since we were in the 3rd row. And I found some local TF fans for the first time. And some ignorant parent thought it was a good idea to bring a BABY to the movie. Big mistake.
You'd hate my friend. When I saw TASM2 and Need for Speed he wouldn't shut up. I warned him beforehand that he best be quiet for TF4. He was better, but still not up to my standards of quiet lol.
i giggled a lot like a schoolgirl throughout x-men... the fucking midget got to me. i feel bad for making noise but i tried to stifle it lol
Not to throw this topic off its rails, but I actually do like how no one made a short person joke throughout that movie.
My dad right there. Except for the texting. It's only at the beginning of movies, but still, it's annoying. I encountered this as well. On my second viewing.
Oh man...I know it's been 10 years, but I remember watching Revenge of the Sith and a guy trying to be a smart mark up front going on how this leads to the following set of Star Wars movies over and over. Finally when the blockade runner shows up at the end and he says that is the ship at the start of a New Hope, yeah everyone was done and threw popcorn at him to shut up.
On my second viewing someone brought their kid that was mentally handicapped that sat behind me. I kinda felt bad for getting aggravated but he was moaning (sometimes very loudly) constantly throughout the first hour of the movie and I spent $18 on my IMAX ticket after driving three hours to get there.
AOE by far had the loudest cheering I've ever experienced in a movie. It was awesome. The first night I saw it in Dolby Atmos. People cheered when: -Prime said "I am Optimus Prime" in the barn. -Shane got that dude in the face with the tire -Optimus became the Western Star. -Bee first transformed and came walking up. -"I told you homeboy! Can't touch this." -Bee scanned the concept Camaro -Grimlock first roars and blows fire -Optimus and Grimlock first come into the city kicking ass. -Every time a main bad guy was killed, human or robot -"Leave planet Earth alone, cause I'm coming for you." Oh my god, I couldn't believe my ears. I thought Transformers '07 would never be beat in the cheering department, but AOE kinda blew it away. I'll never forget that experience. New Mexico must love us some Transformers, cause cheering never gets that loud in Marvel or DC movies, and usually it's only once or twice that they cheer. It was a blast! The next 2 days I saw it in IMAX, and it was almost too loud to hear the cheering most of the time, but it was there.
