Dude I so understand you! Three years ago when I start posting on TFW sometimes I just was boiling from wrath reading such messages But now I try don't read they and don't forget that TFW have people who really LOVE FILM too!
If you'd just said that then you'd have maybe got a lot more people agreeing with you as we all want a happy life. But really, your entire opening post was itself an attack specifically against one 'side' and does nothing to help make things better between anyone. It just creates more division. I was gonna Google, but I'm not falling for that again. My poor eyes are still burning from the last time someone suggested a fansite to me.
To quote one of my favorite songs, "It's not always rainbows and butterflies, it's compromise that moves us along." Well, you're attacking people with negative opinions of the films. You sound worse than those people you claim to be against. People are going to feel - gasp - differently from you. It's a fact of life. Get over it and quit crying boohoo. And yes, I agree, reconsider what a "fan site" means. This site is a place where fans of all things Transformers can speak their mind, including their negative feelings on something. A black and white point of view like yours is an awful thing to have, my friend.
I agree with the OP to an extent. I love the movies despite the flaws that I've grown to see over the years. Welcome to the internet my friend, the 'haters?' may come across as if they think they're right and It may make some people want to lash out and make a thread like this, buy hey! A true hearty person would laugh it off...!!
You claim to be a champion of everyone's right to an opinion, yet you turn aroun led and say "No you can't have those opinions so keep them to yourself." Being a hypocrite and flip-flopping is a pretty shitty way of trying to promote your viewpoint, especially when you're putting people down in the process.
Your right, and I made this thread against my better judgement. Just trying to say hey we don't have to agree but let's at least be civil about it. Although it's obviously not landing with some folks.
Cute. If you're not gonna listen to some of the best on this site like Haloid and GingerChris, forget it. I don't feel a desire to waste my phone's battery life on you.
