Anyone else notice what I believe to be a reference to Animated with Megatron being just a head? In Animated I believe for the first season he was only a head, and later got his full body.

 

Shockwave's head makes a return.

It is reused as a head for one of the human-built Transformer fodder, though it had a different body. You can clearly see the crescent shaped spikes on the sides of his head, and the singular red eye.

 

In one scene I noticed a white cab truck pulling a bunch if cars ala Magnus style

 

Pretty cool seeing two-headed Shockwave, but blink and you'll miss him though.

For some reason Brain's hair looked a lot longer in this movie.

Briefly showed Sentinel's head being carted off but unfortunately no sign of Starscream or Soundwave.

Ratchet's voice sounded different. Also when they showed Leadfoot being offed, I'm pretty sure I heard him speak but it didn't really sound like DiMaggio.

 

When I first saw the multiple headed shockwave I thought it was just regular shockwave returning and I was like OH SHIT

 

AoE has the least amount of onscreen transformations of all the movies. I don't count any of the lazy KSI transformations.

 

could have swore when Savoy kicked an air conditioner to fall on wahlberg, it had no recess after it fell. meaning it was an AC attached to an outer wall, useless.

scene went by quick so i'm not sure, but it seemed odd to me.

Yeah, the wife and I noticed that too, but it was one of the security guards who took like 5 seconds to turn around and notice the giant robots stomping through the lab and running amok. That rent-a-cop has the awareness and reflexes of a hawk.  

I wouldn't presume to see either Starscream or Soundwave's head designs on any of the synthetic TF's since both characters had their heads blown off in DOTM. Body designs, maybe, since their bodies were relatively intact, I thought.

I really hope TF5 has Galvatron bring back some named Decepticons, even if they are synthetic or whatnot. Have them call themselves different names like Scourge or Cyclonus if you must, but some named Cons with actual personalities and not just unnamed vehicon cannon fodder would be nice in the sequel(s).

 

I was really disappointed on the lack of transformations.

Yes when Galvatron did it, when everyone else started doing it, it got exhausting. I could feel the laziness...

 

Here's an error. In the seed defense part in Hong Kong, just before the dinobots came on scene, Hound says that he's out of ammo. Yet we see him smack the shit out of a vehicon with a belt of ammo. I thought he was out...?

 

On the topic of dinosaurs, I felt extremely satisfied when I noticed all the feathers, I appreciate it when movies get dinosaurs somewhat accurate.

 

Don't push it, we're lucky that they put a periodically correct dinosaur, rather than some random one.
