It's not that he's bad, it's just that I didn't find him particularly fun. His coat rubber bits, on mine, were finicky porting into his chest, his head is very limited and almost everything from the waist up bumps into something else when you try and pose him. That and mine was really fiddly to get to stand. He's just not my speed (there's a pun in there somewhere). The overall sculpt is cool but something about him just doesn't jive with me. Otherwise: anyone seen any wave 2 stuff in WV?
Checked to them tonight but no luck. Have heard of anyone finding them yet in any of the neighboring states yet either here on the boards. Still just Wave 1 in the stores.
yeah. Only bit i've heard of wave 2 eeking out is the strafe Evoution pack, which a couple fellow reviewers on youtube (one lives near Philly, the other in Georgia) i know have gotten their hands on. I'd like to get that 2-pack; Strafe and Hound are my main wants from wave 2
Ran out to the Southridge Target during my lunch break. They had Tailgate and Skrapnel. 3 of each left after I snagged mine. They also had the Silver OP smash and change Target exclusive. Looks like he's part of the Thrilling Thrity. 28 of 30 I think. Also had the Flip and change Lockdown. All kinds of wave 1 AOE. No Wave 2.
Hit up Southridge again yesterday! TRU had their big display up! Nothing exciting there except the Evo packs. 3 of Slug and 1 of Strafe. I grabbed the Strafe and used a 20% off coupon. The only dinobot I'm missing now is Slash. I haven't seen wave 2 anywhere yet though. Target had all kinds of wave 1 for AOE. I didn't see any Generations Legends.
Made another run to Southridge today outside of Charleston. Target Nothing new or exciting, ZERO Generations Legends. TRU They had they wave 2 Voyagers, Hound and Galvatron. At least two of each left after I grabbed one of each. They also had those Hero Mashers. Though about grabbing a Starscream but just couldn't do it. Walmart I expected nothing. SURPRISE!! They had the wave 2 deluxes. Picked up Drift and Slash. There were still one each of Drift and Slash and two of Strafe when I left. Happy to have completed the dinobots......for now. Can't wait til Snarl and Slog(Sludge) hit the shelves....but my wallet can.
Not much here in Huntington but sooo glad I'm headed to Charleston tomorrow. Hopefully I can score a Hero Mashers Springer!
Beckley has wave 2 in boxes on pallets NOW! Deluxe and voyager. On a side note they HAD a marvel legends infinite Black Widow. Mine now.
Thats good news. Maybe wave 2 will make it up to Morgantown before i move out! I've secured strafe (with some mod-ing done to him so he doesnt have gorilla arm syndrome) from a friend and have voyager Hound en route. Would love to grab slash and drift at retail.

Beckley has 1 Drift remaining. Found a hound and a galvatron in a box on a pallet. I put them out becausr who knows when the employees will do it.
Walmart in Beckley. Not the MacArthur one on the outskirts of Beckley. I wish we had a Target! Seems like they get every thing 2-3 weeks earlier than Walmart.
cool. mainly asked in case Drift and Slash migrate here to Morgantown before i move up to PA (got a job) this weekend. doubting it though. Target and walmart here in Morgantown have been kinda all wave 1 recently. Until today. Was at Target grabbing (not enough) storage stuff for my move (cheaper than boxes, seriously how are 4 boxes at the UPS store $30??) and saw a lone Voyager Hound tucked in amongst the wave 1 grimlocks and Primes. I moved him to the back-left of the voyager display, behind 4 grimlocks if anyone will be coming up this way to look for him.
I checked out TRU in Southridge today. Apparently they are having a buy one get one half off sale on transformers. Found deluxe Strife and Slash there and got them. They had a few left.
