Ok so recently megatron changed side because prime changed his beliefs and how bee told him a true autobot way,He is still following his actual goal which he wanted to achieve before the war,the goal to give cybertronians a new home in the form of cybertupia,

The decepticons ,Megs legacy are left in the command of a new commander and megatron is dead to them because he betrayed his people.

But how will this affect the decepticon extremists the DJD? Will they try to kill Megs? Will they also change sides?

given that they are megafanatics and follow his ideals, i believe they'll stand down. i don't see why they should kill off their leader. megatron gave his last orders to the true decepticons.

and i don't think the DJD have any interest in following unchrasimatic soundwave or the savage barbarian galvatron.

All we know is that they will encounter each other at some point in Season 2.
According to Roberts himself there will "first be a clash of ideals, then some form of clash on a physical level", not the exact quote, but that's the gist of it.

It looks like it could be happening sooner than we thought as well, assuming the ominous fiery face on the cover of #32 isn't just a super-powered re-imaging of Kremzeek, lolz.

Given Megatron is on Fools Energon to keep him under-powered "just in case", I've got to wonder how well their eventual encounter is going to go for him.
I get the idea this will be when we learn who Tarn really is, when they're having their idealogical debate and Megatron throws out a "But it hasn't always been that way, has it [shocking identity-reveal]?"

Oh sheesh, what if the D.J.D. capture Megatron in his weakened state?

I think Tarn loves the ideology of Decepticons because it gives him the reason to kill and hunt. It is gonna be strange I have the feeling that the Scavengers and DJD will show up the same time. Lost Light rescue the Scavengers and protect them from the DJD.

When it happens this will easily be the highlight of this season.
