Mainly just the arms and some have a head swivel. Size wise about scout/cyberverse commander-ish, maybe a little bigger. Not deluxe size though

That steeljaw is reminding me an awful lot of the werewolf from An American Werewolf In London [IMG]

    g1 prowl? :lol

wish wolfenstein got a generations toy. i'd love to turn him into thundertron.

rollbar is completely x brawn. like literally the head and chest details are x brawn's.

how many dinobots do we have in the two sublines...

    onestep:
    Grimlock
    Slash
    Swoop
    Slag

    power battlers:
    Grimlock
    Swoop
    Slag
    Snarl
    Scorn

is that right? also which line should i get for an 8 year old? are they all the same size?

I just hope I don't have to resort to buying some of these if certain characters don't get any better toys.

Hmmmm. Hasbro sure are giving Prowl a lot of love lately, aren't they? Rollbar gets his own mould in 1 step, but is a Skids remould in Generations? 1 step copter Drift looks very different to Skyhammer repaint Drift.Tank mode Megatron??? It's all a bit weird really.

They'll probably all eventually come out in both versions, but for an 8 year old I'd say the power attackers which are for 6+ (though I suppose it depends on which version you think looks best for the character) or just go for the Generations figures which are for 8+. Think the power attackers are more or less deluxe size while the 1-steps are more scout size.

I am actually really liking the One step changers. They already made a ton of them to collect, so far I really like slash and drift. Their impressive because of how much they convert in that step with parts springing and popping out. I don't really like the pop up cars like crosshairs and lockdown though. Those feel kind of minimal.

Like the look of the new bumblebee and prowl even if it is just the drift transformation again. Even rollbar there uses it.
But its a really good one step changer to have used a lot.

Swoop, Steeljaw, and Helicopter drift are ones to watch for new gimmicks.

I bought all the one step changers for my 4 year old but I am disappointed, the "popup" cars dont transform any more because their springs are now messed up, you cannot press into their vehicle mode. The dinos seem to be the best of the lot.

If the scale looks right I might get steal Jaw with the Lockdown. I like robots with pets.

I just came across this thread doing a search for images of Drift's helicopter mode...
I'm afraid that's what's going to happen now. I'm thinking of getting HeliDrift, Steeljaw, and maybe Rollbar. Then customizing them to have more articulation...
