oh man I hope I can get this figure for a decent price after the convention. I can't make it to botcon...even though I live in California lol.

 

Wow. It dawned on me the gravity of this figure. They let them do a PRIME for a custom class. Crazy. Really glad they are selling unpainted figures now. Huge prop for that.

Such a great deco and figure, Primal Prime was. This definitely feels like a worthy "precurssor" form.

Primal Prime had translucent red parts.

Not yet. The first custom class is the day before. Thursday is pickup day for the boxed sets and con paperwork. Friday and Saturday are solely for those who preregistered. Sunday is the last day, and is when it's open to the public.

The purchased sans class version doesn't come with the stickers!  
I can understand it not coming painted, but missing the stickers seems a bit sad. Hopefully someone will scan the class set so they can be shared with the rest of us.

 

Any significance of there being Tapout on the sticker sheet? Or is it just a call back to old botcon?

This is a really interesting setup for a custom class.
I am really feeling the integration of previous Botcon figures; seems like a good direction for an anniversary release.

 

Does anyone know what brand of paint is used in the custom class?

 

I would love it if someone could send me a hi-rez scan of the sticker sheet!

 

If the class didn't smell oddly and get people hungover, I'd say they'd be acrylics but not sure on brand. Maybe testors?
