Just because you can see people driving them doesn't mean they won't be transformers. You can see someone driving Bumblebee quite often. They will just edit out the person to make it look like no one is there. Don't think we can assume anything just because you see someone driving it during filming.

 

The blue and green lambos were gallardos (sorry but I'm the type that gets mad when you get car names wrong), and the white gallardo and black ferrari were just there near the set, they weren't filmed. I'd also like to add that I think if the rumor about a robot they only speaks mandarin is true, the it's the e-jet

I saw a Cadillac in a behind the scenes... plus the garbage truck, seen with Galvatron in Hong Kong... and the rally car, who may actually just be a car...

 

I remember seeing some rumors that the Cadillac was Sideswipe. Too bad that was never confirmed.

 

I thought all those super cars were for the Need for Speed movie.
