    Not a toy purchase. but just bought my Tickets for AOE for opening night at 9pm. Cannot wait!

    regular movie though, no 3D.. can't stand that stuff. always gives me headaches

    My local Walmart actually surprised me today. They had a nice big display of AoE toys, specifically Wave 2. Picked up Slash and Drift (since I already had Strafe).

    Drift is really nice, definitely one of the better movieverse carformers I've run across. Love how he not only has 4 swords, but also storage for all of them. Always appreciated. Also, great head sculpt.

    Slash is pretty good. Definitely on the lower end of the Dinobots so far, but considering how much I like the AoE Dinobots so far, that's not much of a knock against him. The colors are sweet, although I wish his arms were longer. Also, the raptor head is SAVAGE.

    Finally got myself a complete G1 Megatron. Included the instruction booklet for $65.

    Also picked up a G2 Sideswipe since he was always my favorite G1 character.

    And finally I picked up a MOSC G2 Space Case and a MOSC G2 Hooligan. Paid $20 for the pair. I've never been a big fan of G2 but it seemed cool to have a couple sealed figures.

    got to use the 20% coupon today as it expires today... used it on my layaway 2x MP grimlocks... had to buy them completely, return them for full refund, then purchase them seperately each with 20% off, and got an additional 10% off for friends/family discount on each... out the door with 2x MP grimmys = 121 bucks! :D 

    love that coupon! :D

    When I go to a convention, I always try and get a G1 figure. I was losing hope at a recent one, when I came across a complete Ultra Magnus (with tech specs cutout, but no other packaging or instructions) for $45. Granted, it was the version without painted faces or rubber tires, etc., so I'm not sure if it was a good deal or not (any thoughts?), but I'm loving him either way! Such a great toy.

    I found a Construct-Bot Soundwave at ToysRUs last Friday. I brought him home for ₩4840 (about $4). Clearence sale, I suppose.

    He is the first Decepticin toy I've ever bought, and I'm very happy with him. He is even bigger than DOTM voyager Skyhammer!
