    You have the customs number and proof that they were sent. I'm not sure what the issue is but the package is in your country of Singapore. I will help in any way I can.

    There is no issue with the post office,i have check with the post office, my post office has send the item back to you,simply because you have written my wrong residential address when you go to your post office previously. That is the reason why i have reminded & keep emphasis that you do not copy the wrong address which may lead to this problem.

    I printed off what you sent to me. I didn't write or copy anything so if they said there was an error in the address I'm sorry but it must be your mistake. If the items are returned to me I will sen you a picture to show you. I will also give you the option of a refund of the purchase amount or it can be resent.
