Did anyone else get a Rampage WITHOUT an arm cannon?

Guess it's time to log on to the ol' TFCC webpage…

Yup. Sent a quick e-mail to FunPub and a few days later in the mailbox was the arm cannon. He looks complete now.

Yes, I got an email saying the mail had already shipped for the day and that they were heading to BotCon and would ship it upon return. I'm not in a big hurry, but it's good to know it's not going to be a hassle. Thanks.

    winner, winner ....chicken dinner.

FP gives two shits on a shingle about the "incentive" figure aka the free figure that they send out each year...you can see that just by the way they toss it into a box.

I had my replacement head within 2 days of contacting them. It's not really that bad. The only inconvenience I had was that I had to look at a Rampage with a goofy eye for a few days. Their inconvenience is having a (what I assume now to be) pile of headless toys that they'll have to melt down into ashtrays and other novelty items.

the point in the last three pages of thread indicate damage (scratches and paint scuffs) due to the item just being tossed into a box with no packaging materials aside the baggie the item is in.

That's piss poor customer service....one should not have to contact them to get something fixed due to the company's apathetic shipping dept.

No, piss-poor customer service would be them saying "oops, my bad well we'll be selling the left-overs after Botcon. Buy another one then." It's more along the lines of idiotic shipping practices.
Remember when the Xbox 360 came out? Red ring of death sound familiar? Heaven forbid I have to contact Microsoft because they let a major QC issue slip through the cracks, and have my consol repaired for free... I was lucky; my Rampage only had a paint defect on the eye. Those with scratched/scuffed figures can find all of 15 seconds out of their day (depending on their own personal internet speed) to let the club know they got a faulty toy. The club will handle it. The club has said and done some really stupid things at times when they should have been a little more careful, but lately from my own personal experiences, I have yet to encounter ANY bad customer service issues out of them.

Uh oh, I just realized I may have misunderstood what was needed to get this figure. I was a member last year and got the Depth Charge figure for free. I was a member in March of this year, but my subscription ran out in April, and I didn't renew it. Will I still be getting a Rampage from the club?
