I think Crockett here found TP He-man at BL if I remember correctly, maybe King Grayskull too.

Nice! Back when I had him, I was using Keldor's body with regular Skeletor's head. But, I also still have 200x Skeletor.

Now I'm tempted to post pics of the custom paint I did on Skeletor and Faker.

Yeah, I think I saw three, total. Two at one store and 1 at another. But I only bought the one. I recalled reading somewhere that he was a common. But I guess he wasn't, heh.

Well, my knowledge of this line is pretty sparce anyway, based mostly off Pixel Dan's reviews and occasionally browsing the org's MOTUC forum when there's a controversy (for entertainment value, heh).

    Edit

I never found a King Grayskull. I was hoping I would, as I like 200X and have a large number of figures from that line.

Oh wow! So you managed to snag a TP He-man? I'm curious if King GS was ever found because of the SKU allocated to him but then again maybe BL never received the figure eventually.

That looks really good. I used a Keldor body and cape with Skeletor head and chest armor as my "ideal" Skeletor.

Even when I was a booger-picker little kid, I never liked Skeletor's 3 toes on the action figures. He had normal 5 toes both in the mini-comics and in the Filmation cartoon series, and I wanted ACCURACY! lol. Of course I never got it in the original toy line. So I was delighted when the 2002 Skeletor action figure came with normal 5 toed feet. It's too bad (for me anyway) that we never got a Classics version that was close to the 2002 5 toed Skeletor. This is why I use Keldor's body. Still not there, but it's probably as close as I'll ever get since there is very little love for 200X in the line.

Why am I so dang picky? Well because Skeletor is perhaps my favorite villain of all time. For me, he beats out Darth Vader, Mumm-Ra, and all the DC and Marvel villains. That's just me, of course. We all have our personal favorites.

Nah, I'm right there with you, that's why I pretty much did the same thing. Although I don't have Keldor anymore and my current Skeletor has custom paint on the armor. As does Faker. I painted the bat logos black and the bone detailing silver.

Hmm, Im gonna check because I remember my 2002 Skelly to have monster feet, not sure on the toe count though.

Yes, I traded him off for a Slimer.

Maybe a regional thing where certain areas got King GS, or maybe he came in later shipments. But my stores never got him. I'm pretty sure of that.

He had 5 toes. Feet were kind of creepy looking but still human-like compared to the 3 toes Skeletor:

I don't see why considering he's a first release and far fewer were produced.

If anyone wants a Scorpia I have one for sale. MISB. Figure is great, as is the cardboard backing. The plastic bubble has a crinkle on top behind the MOTU logo because Matty had monkeys shoving it into the brown mailer box. Idiots. It's not major or terrible, but I try to be upfront and honest about everything I sell.

Since we're sharing customs, here's mine: I guess my MOTUC Skeletor is not quite finished. Still need to finish the silver "buttons" on his shoulder and paint the jewel red. Other than that though... And apparently I have severe yellowing on the torso of my 200x Skeletor. Anyone else notice that?

I see Seahawks on order soon. Wasn't get the club ex on the filmation sub? Meaning he won't be available any other time. Or am I seeing things wrong?

He was a subscription only figure, yes. However, they now have CS stock and need to get rid of it. So unlike the club exclusive figures {Shadow Weaver, UNO), they can sell off the rest of these so-called "exclusives" like Fangman and Seahawk first in EA, then to the general public. Good news for those of us that wanted a second Two-Bad.

Ah makes sense now. Thanks for clearing it up. Btw I hope a sorceress can get more CS stock later on. Maybe they may find more hidden or lost somewhere.

If it did, it wouldn't last past EA.

Wow. I passed on him this morning and just got the Minis. Never figured Skeletor would sell out so quickly, shows what I know.

No real regrets passing on him, though. Not being to scale, he would just end up being a novelty item, not really a part of the MOTUC collection.

Yeah, I would have jump if it had been a two-pack of him and Beast man in-scale with MOTUC. However, I have no regrets passing on a 12-inch baby doll. I had a hard time rationalizing buying a Darth Vader Mr. Potato Head, no way I could rationalize a baby doll.
