AOE Galvatron pipes Hey folks! Let me first state how much I hated this figure's legs, they were plain, empty and without any real effort so I figured I'd spice them up while I made this guy as screen accurate as I could (without actually having seen the movie of course). Using the blueprints they released for ol Galvy I fashioned all the cables and pipes I could fit without affecting transformation. It's odd they detailed his torso so much and left his legs empty. I think I have taken care of that. I did try to add a few more cables to his arms and chest but they affected tranformation way too much. I filed down those nasty wedges he had above his shoulders, as well as filed down all the weird ridges he had on his arms and added the proper detail to his gauntlets. Over thirty different cables and pipes were added to his legs as well as adding some small braces to the tops of his feet like he has in the film. Then I made a thin, removable and bendable cover for his back so I could add an orange LED when he is not in Alt mode. The eyes were colored with three shades of orange for that extra pissed look. The truck was given brighter lights and a little extra wear on the fuel tanks and rear frame. So what do ya'll think?
Just realized I never stated how I got the LED light for his chest. Ultimate beast hunters Prime comes with TWO lights and two batteries. Imagine all the possibilities with such tiny lights that already have the wiring harness and switches ready to go! You can put them anywhere! Hope that helps someone
