My preordered Funko AJ and Big Mac are supposed to be sent to my local Hot Topic but I haven't received any "ready for pick up" emails from them.

 

Wow, that's pretty cool Apple Jack is shipping already. I sure would like to get my Twilight soon though.

Did a shopping run to Target today and located the Mini-3pack Soaring Pegasus Set. Manged to get the last two on the shelf for myself and my niece. Im pretty sure she will feint upon looking at Derpy.

 

Funko AJ and Big Mac are waiting at my local HT to be picked up.

Even better than that, we're getting Rarity and Daring Do next!!!!! Rarity finally!!!

I should go save the prototype photo that I saw now that I mention it.

 

Rarity paired up with Daring Do in the Funko line? Huh. That throws the 'pairing' out of sync. I think Spike would have been a better pair up.

With that though, the Main 6 will be done.

So where will they go from here? More side characters like Cheerilee, Blossomforth, Choudchaser, Flitter, or Thunderlane?

The Cutie Mark Crusaders, including Babs Seed, Diamond Tiara, and Silver Spoon?

The princesses? Though if going by scale, they'd be quite big.

 

It appears my 4 1/2 year old son is now a brony   He had been saving up for a batman boat, but gave that up to buy Fluttershy and Rarity.

He loves the show, and I quite enjoy it myself. Though a few of the scarier villains do up set him.

 

Funko wave 2 mystery minis have been revealed!

Just take my money! Hopefully we'll get show color variants at Hot Topic again though they still owe us show accurate Fluttershy.

Don't have an official source, but I heard rumbles and grumbles that that MM2 Discord mold will be the Funko booth's SDCC exclusive at the larger Funko vinyl size.

Still no word on what Hasbro is doing this year for an exclusive. They've done popular background ponies in the past 2 years, Derpy and DJ. Maybe a Lyra? Or even better, maybe a Cheese Sandwich  

 

Story Time

Ok guys, something really weird happened today.

So I went to Target to look for Deluxe Drift (with no success) and I decided to get my first Blind Bag Pony ever.

So I bought it, and with no idea which I was getting, this is the one I got:



Then I read her card mini bio and I realized that this pony in both looks, and appearance, bears a resemblance to my first Pony ever.



DESTINY!!!

 

So, my fiancée just started collecting the Funko Mystery Minis (to go alongside her standard blind pack ones) and I was just wondering, how many waves of these are there so far? And are there any exclusives we should be searching for? We're sort of completists when it comes to stuff like this, haha.

 

Only two, that I know of, the second will have Discord.

Is that a new mold?

The BB, it isn't the Fluttershy mold, different mane style.

Derpy

 

The first wave has 10 unique molds, Rainbow Dash, Fluttershy, Pinkie, Derpy, Vinyl Scratch, Octavia, Spitfire, Bon Bon, Lyra and Dr Whooves, but also glow in the dark versions of Vinyl Scratch and Derpy. The second wave was just revealed a few days ago and will include Twilight, AJ, Rarity, Big Mac, Daring Do and Discord, all in the same black with colored details style, but some will apparently he properly colored chase variants
