Hot Rod/Rodimus Prime (Sure, he was a flawed leader, but that's what made him great: he was going through the stress of being new leader)
Lockdown (Has gone from being an awesome new character in Animated to being a bigger baddie than Galvatron in the new movie)
Galvatron (What's not to love about the psychotic Decepticon leader?)
Optimus Primal (Strong enough to keep the rowdiest bunch of soldiers ever in line, and awesome enough to survive as long as he did against BW Megatron)
Cheetor (Great example of a Transformer growing up)
Rhinox (The glue that keeps the Maximals together when Optimus Primal isn't around, strong, smart, compassionate, and wise, and can actually keep Dinobot from murdering everyone's favorite vermin)
and Bulkhead (Whether a gentle giant who proved being clumsy isn't being stupid, or a Wrecker who will beat Decepticon faces in while lecturing Miko about maturity, I can't help but love the jolly green giant)

Rodimus - he is the Chosen One. He opened the Matrix and lit Cybertron's Darkest Hour. Optimus opens the Matrix and it empties out. Optimus broke the Matrix! Seriously, Rodimus is one of the most pivotal characters in Transformers history.

Fortress Maximus - Still the largest Transformers toy ever, even though the new Metroplex is taller.

Rattrap - prepared for every occasion, be it by tool or by quip.

Tigerhawk - one of the most powerful Transformers ever. Can manipulate the classical elements like a god. Anyone else powerful enough to almost take out the Nemesis on their own? Yeah, didn't think so.

Vector Prime - only TF in the "Armada Trilogy" to ever show up anywhere else as the same character (to date). Most regal-looking TF (to date). His face looks the most like the Autobot symbol (to date). His sword slices through Space and Time. Guardian of time in multiple timelines.

 

Who would I like to see in the Transformers Hall of Fame 2014:
Bruticus G1
Omega Supreme G1
Galvatron G1
Ratchet (Transformers Prime)
Optimus Primal (Beast Wars)

 

I think that he, Bumblebee, Megatron, and any other character are counted as all versions of the character. Also, other than his lack of mercy, he isn't all that different from G1 Prime. In fact, G1 Prime was perfectly willing to execute G1 Megatron in the G1 Movie.
