It's very easy to focus on the negative. I myself am usually pointing out the negatives first, but I think I'm mostly trying to make FunPub and BotCon better. That always doesn't work the best though as we've seen.

I think taking small steps is best for FunPub.

    - Website and technical know-how can improve
    - Communication can be better
    - Content could be updated (a magazine once every two months isn't the best IMO)

As you said though, their exclusives are still above average at worst and they have the home run at least once a year. I've worked on small projects with Pete on occasion and I do that to see BotCon succeed.

We're a negative fanbase though and BotCon is the easiest to lash out against, some deserved, some not.

Same, or better yet as a subscription exclusive figure.

Pete with out meaning sound down on you guys, its not like its the first time this has happened. In my job I used to sell Fiat car parts, Fiat are shocking unreliable at keeping delivery dates, customer used to complain about us all the time as we would give the date their factory gave us, we got sick of the aggro so when ever we got a date for delivery we added on a few days and told our customers that, if they turned up on time great customer got stuff early, if they were late no one was any the wiser, so we didn't get bitched at.

The point is this factory clearly doesn't rate your orders as a priority, thats not me being down on you guys its just the very solid impression of them you've now given us, maybe you can change that but I doubt it given their are apparently so few factorys that can turn out transformers so they have a lot of the power in this relationship. So maybe if you guys walk into this expecting to be dicked around and the order dates to not be honored you then wouldn't pass them on to us and take all the heat for something that is not your fault.

I agree with this post. They've never gotten a dime from me and they never will.

What time is on the email? My Subscription account shows the email as going out today, but no time.

I've not received the email and it's not stuck in my spam folder.

    Thanks.

I had to get something sorted with my order, and was told that I may have been too late, as orders for Transmutate had began shipping out.

My order page said it mine was still pending, but I'd say to check your order status, as some of you may get her sooner, rather than later.

Seeing it in box doesn't mean it's going to be the first one shipped. They've implied that all the figures are shipped at once from the factories, and boxed up elsewhere.

Over the next week we may see all the figures in box.

Plus I think this is really just to reassure people after the paint-rub issues from last year.

Now that I've actually looked at the pic/tweet, I think you may be right. They don't mention that he's first, just showing off the packaging.

Makes me wonder who number 1 is...

Oh crud. I guess that settles whether or not he'd come with Roadbuster's gun that didn't come with Swindle....

While I'm sorry for your disappointment, I'm excited to learn that this means I can create a Ruination with real fists (yet with all-different, yet still relevant, characters) sooner rather than later.

Oh, well, maybe a little later....

He's probably going to be the most-sought figure of this year's set, so you can at least look forward to that sweet, sweet ebay money.
