I doubt it. I would love that to happen, I really would.

pffff, dont care at all about soccer, and i dont think a lot of those who will watch the world cup will spent every evening watching it....as much as most of the people will not go to see TF4 more than once....so Mr paramount, your argument is invalid

    Football is proper wank.

I'm not so bothered about us getting the film a couple of weeks after the US, that's pretty common.

It's just a depressing reminder that twats are gonna be spouting on about that stupid game for fucking ages.

Which is more important, football or TF4? Let's find out...

    AUDIENCE:
Millions around the world will see TF4. However roughly a third of the world's population will be watching the World Cup. Football wins.

    ACTING:
With Luis Suarez and Cristiano Ronaldo in the World Cup, expect a LOT of acting, especially feigned injuries. Mark "I can only play one type of role" Wahlberg has nothing on them. Football wins.

    AWARDS:
The winners of the World Cup get handed the most prestigious team sports trophy in the world, also Brazil have a player named Oscar; TF4 will likely get a few Razzies and an Oscar nomination for sound editing. Football wins.

    PLOT:
Football is a sport, it has no plot; then again, neither do Michael Bay movies. Tied category.

    EXPLOSIONS AND FAST CUTS:
Brazilian police mowing down a few protestors will have nothing on TF4. Transformers wins.

Well, that settles it: after my completely scientific survey, we can now say for sure that the World Cup is better.

The most fun I ever had watching football (American football) was convincing my roommates that those blue robot football players seen in the commercial breaks are based off Eject. And the commercials during the Superbowl. And the wings.

Sorry to hear it's been delayed. At least you know it'll be online within a day or two.

    It's a sound corporate decision.

The WC is a massive event for many countries, let's be honest it's the biggest sporting event in the world, and a chunk of the potential audience will be otherwise engaged watching the games.

The studios want that big opening weekend and this postponement will better enable that.

That's the first time I prefer Michael Bay instead of something else. Screw World Cup, and that's from Brazil! Grr!
