I need the Dino/Mirage!

 

Yeah, what I'm saying is, the launchers are to make the MP 'more toy accurate' and this all silver deco is more toy accurate, so I would have expected it to be welcomed with open arms by the toy launcher users (I'm not a fan of them myself, purely because I'm a 'toon guy' and the mold already comes with toon launchers   ).

I hope it isn't just that same bronze-brown-grey as the regular, that would make it a lot less special. I'd still buy, but yeah G1 silver would be my preference. Or somewhere inbetween!

It's odd, that a deco which hardly existed (did it in Diaclone? Not even sure!) is more desired than the original toy colours we all grew up with! I can certainly see why TT would want a version out there in traditional G1 toy deco.

 

All hopes is lost for a Blue Bluestreak.

 

I wonder what they were thinking when they requested this repaint ? if you can call it that

it looks exactly the same except for the hood pretty much

AND if you do want it I advise you to wait because this will CERTAINLY be on the clearance section on BBTS by by christmas.

 

I am very disappointed that we are not getting the diaclone colored version of Bluestreak.

 

Well we have the original version, which is a Diaclone color scheme. Just not the blue Diaclone color scheme (he was available in blue & silver and silver & black).

This Tokyo Toy Show version is based on the actual Transformer toy coloration.

I don't think we will ever see a Diaclone repaint of any of the MP line.. The MP Line is Transformers so they are only going to be doing Transformers.. If they had any plans too do diaclone we would have gotten a Diaclone Convoy by now and Seekers and Lambos...I Think the Only way we will see Diaclone versions is if Takara started a Masterpiece Diaclone line, which I would love.

I'm also hoping for Clampdown and Deepcover eventually. Only thing blue. Bluestreak has against him is that he hasn't been turned into a new character yet.

A silver roof and tinted windows? That's ALL?

To be honest, I was actually disapointed with MP Streak at first cause I DIDN'T like the black hood. Now, I can't imagine without it...it just makes it "pop" more...all silver is gonna look so dull side by side.

I was hoping for red eyes most of all, cause that's what I remember most from the vintage toy. That are the fact that his faction symbols were almost pink compared to most other 1984 toys....him and Cliffjumper actually. Never knew why that was.

With red eyes and red launchers, I was really considering it, especially cause the Datsun is my favorite MP mold so far.

But....it looks so similar its practically idenitical. Just can't justify it unless the final production piece somehow BLOWS out minds!! But how can it?

I too wil wait a a blue version (with yellow eyes) or nothing!!!
