I am a big fan of the Decepticons, I hope they build the Decepticons back up.
Make them a army, they should not be pushed aside. I hope they don't waste the chance with Galvatron And Stinger. This thread is to talk about what you would like to see for the future of the cons.

 

Definitely, I want the Bots to kill off a lot of vehicons of course, but in the end I'd really like if Galvatron, Cyclonus, Junkheap and Stinger all survive with a band of vehicons showing that these new villains are just as hard to kill as the previous Cons and that of course it is not over. Lockdown however will definitely die.

And if one of these Cons like Junkheap or Stinger die, I want Drift to defect to the Cons.

 

I would like to see more of a fight. in animated it took the autobots working as a team to bring down the cons I think it makes for better fight sequences. like with brawl and shockwave they took hits not bad fight except for shockwaves death and sentinel prime fighting the autobot team. I want the cons up and running again even in they lose in movie 6.

 

I want Con teamwork like one barking orders and all following suit, or interchanging weapons and tossing ammo around. I want to see the Autobots struggling against a storm of Vehicons.

Seeing Crosshairs easily handicap a Decepticon gunner ship was mildly disappointing. Really expected more of a struggle.

As for the future, I want Lockdown and Galvatron to live to see TF5.

I just really enjoyed the scene in TF3 where Barricade was kind of bossing around a few generic cons meanwhile Shockwave looked on. It was a nice moment and really distinguished Barricade more as a separate entity of the Decepticon army. The only thing that mildly bothered me was a lack of a strong cooperation within the Decepticon cause. When Sentinel barked that the pillars had gone down, I was both disappointed and amused to find that it was a human, Dylan, that would go and right the plight rather than some generic con or even a named Con rushing to help raise the pillar.

 

This pleases us.

 

I like that scene as well ! I hope their is some relation between megatron and galvatron, but I would fine with him being a new con. but the cause needs to live on I will be pissed if the next movie is optimus slaughters the beastformers for sending lockdown Beastformers - Transformers Wiki. I want the cons to be the villains.

 

Sadly the Decepticons in the film series are just something to be killed to make the human and Autobot heroes seem like the most bad ass thing in the universe as they easily slay Decepticons left and right once we get past the halfway point of the film.

The only hopes I have pinned on great villains is the next cartoon series. It's like the cartoon writers understand why villains are important so it's not always a forgone conclusion that the heroes will always get a clear cut victory every time. It's only in something like the cartoons where a character like Soundwave can defeat the Autobots with a spacebridge instead of getting his metal butt handed to him.

 

I hope lockdown does survive I mean he seems to be the ultimate badass in the film, by the end if the movie Galvatron will Rule as their leader

Always thought the best way is to have the Decepticons win at the end of one of the films. Have Galvatron give Prime the choice of chasing after the Decepticons or protecting the main human cast and have him choose to protect the humans - allowing the Decepticons to succeed in whatever plan they were doing.

That would lead you into the next film with the Decepticons on top, the Autobots could be weak running for their life and forced to use their alt-mode to survive undetected (Hamming up the 'robots In disguise' aspect)

Then when the Autobots win in the sequel it would be more impactful and more suspenseful given that they lost in the previous film.

- Introduce that Lockdown was sent to Earth by a mysterious force to capture Optimus
- Revive Megatron in a new body as Galvatron
- Have the Autobots regain the trust of the humans at the end of the film

TF5;
Nemesis Prime
Quintessons

- Introduce a rival Autobot leader, Ultra Magnus. His military tactics would result in the Decepticons winning
- Reveal that the Quintessons sent Lockdown to Earth. Have them send Nemesis Prime to Earth to get the Matrix from Optimus.
- Reveal the Quintessons to be 'good guys' that wanted the Matrix to defeat a larger threat, Unicron
- Have the Decepticons be victorious resulting in the destruction of a city because the Autobots would be distracted by Nemesis Prime

TF6;
Unicron
Galvatron

- Give the human cast 'Transformers' of their own (Essentially live-action head masters) This enables them to be in the battles more
- Have a final battle between Optimus and Galvatron that ends in both their deaths
- Have Bumblebee rise to become a leader of the Autobots, thus completing his character growth from Scout to Leader
- Have Unicron be defeated and the remaining Decepticons surrender after the death of both Galvatron and Unicron
- Turn Unicron's corpse into a new Cybertron enabling the Transformers to leave Earth

 

By that point the Decepticons' Air Force was focused on Optimus, the Autobots were attacking Sentinel, and the Wreckers were engaging the incoming land bound Decepticons, and NEST was fighting on all three fronts. The Decepticons' numbers were going down very quickly; it's clear Dylan was literally the only Decepticon (for all intents and purposes) who was free to go for the Pillar.

But I also agree, it'd be great to see the Decepticons as a cohesive fighting unit.

 

I really hope this comes true.

 

Honestly, I don't know about you guys but I think it will definitely make a more interesting story if they went back to format of the first movie without drones. While there probably won't be as many bad ass scenes with OP and Bee killing five bots in a matter of 10 seconds but there will be much better battle and feeling that cons are much more difficult to defeat. Also, it will provide room for more actual characters,character development, and alot more longer and interesting battles.
That is just my opinion.

 

I'd love to see them be giving a chance to have any form characterization or english speaking dialogue.
