    One has brighter reds and the other is much darker. I bought the darker at target. Fyi

    On-topic, a variant, eh? I prefer the darker one myself. I'll be on the lookout for it!

    Not surprised about color variants. I remember the rotf sideways and breakaway variants. I bet we'll see more as the new toys start to come out.

    it honestly goes better with the other colors IMO

    Yeah if it's easy to remove that God awful backpack I might have to pick up this Prime today when I go back out. Looks very nice. Please do tell more!!

    After finding out that Grimlock would be released in different colors than the ones shown in product images, I hoped Hasbro would release a different colored variant sometime in the future, just like they did with Prime Weaponizer Bumblebee. Now that this variant of Optimus has been confirmed, it's likely there may also be a Grimlock variant coming too.
