This is difficult.....and we haven't even seen the CGI of Grimlock in robot form yet either....for me it's between Prime, Lockdown, Crosshairs, and Hound. Stinger and the new Bee also look badass, like sleek warriors.
Given the new trailer it's Lockdown for me. The transformation from the Aventador to Robot is brilliant! The robot is sleek a thin and doesn't give a lot if any hint of the Aventador it's almost like the car has been turned inside out!
Though right onw I only have art and the toy to go off of. Scorn, I absolutely love everything about his look. Disregarding Scorn, probably Crosshairs - Lockdown loses points to me for not really having any vehicle parts in bot mode making his transformatio look more implausible (love that he kept his hook though).
Crosshairs is my #1. Those goggles and that coat though! He cant look more bad ass! Lockdown (I have to say I actually like the skull face; nice TFA throw back) and Drift (whose face I also like a lot) tie for second. Hound, Prime and Galvatron come in third.
Probably Drift or Crosshairs. Crosshairs seems like a total badass and probably has some great scenes but I just have a weakness for swords/blades. Sideswipe was my favorite from previous films. I really hated Hound before but now that I've seen him in CGI it has started to grow on me. Bumblebee/Stinger look really freaking awesome, and I wonder what stinger looks like without his battle mask. I know that Bumblebee looks retarted and needs to keep his mask on. That goes for Lockdown as well- his face is so ugly that it just takes me out of the moment. It's just waay to human-like. Prime is awesome as well.
Ah - reminded me I missed the Dinobots... Dinobots; In terms of accuracy the Dinobots are all lacking - none of them seem to accurately represent their appearances in the film as in an attempt to differentiate them they are now multi-coloured. Sadly this means its based on the varying toys we have already seen and while Slog wins the battle in terms of a varied toy design being an Apatosaurus - I cant really claim he's the best design in film considering I haven't seen how he is portrayed on-screen. Out of those we've seen Strafe arguably is the better design being a two-headed pterodactyl - at least only a minority of people will assume that a creature like that existed in the past (Unlike the rest of the Dinobots which will misrepresent other Dinosaurs) Though i'll have to reserve judgement till we see the robot modes on screen and the full selection of Dinobots - as I get the feeling we'll see a lot more of them in the opening scene (A Jurassic world style situation) Especially creepy if your father is a alien being from the planet Cybertron with a metallic body and a tendency of ripping apart his enemies :3
