Why would Zimmer work with Imagine Dragons?
I can understand if they both worked on differents part of the soundtrack but together?
It is like putting Bieber and Bach together.

 

Think ROTF. Mixing New Divide within the score.

 

Why would he ditch Jablonsky for Batman?  

 

In the interview that preceded the new footage, they said something about working with Zimmer and how it was a dream come true, I believe. Also, Zimmer's assisted Jablonsky on the score before and about a month ago, we got hints that the Imagine Dragons were involved with the film.

And, that analogy is no. Just no.  

 

I understand Jablonsky and Zimmer working together.
Two big names in Soundtrack Classical.
But mixing pop rock in it?

I suppose Imagine Dragons is better than Linkin Park. Judging from the song portion in the trailer, I'd say a lot better (not that big of a feat, though).
