So can someone tell me what that other bumblebee is. Not the tiny impossible toys one but the bigger one.

$20 is still a little steep… but now that Wasper's sold out (again), I'm debating… Gold Bee, to finally have a "Gold Bug" since I really wanted one as a kid (yet never even really considered getting it, since the Throttlebots were dinkier than even the BattleChargers), or Tapper to have a lil Wrecker?

…leaning towards Tapper since I've got so many Wreckers and would probably enjoy TW's Goldbug Nottlebot a lot more (if/when TW gets to it; and if it's not just Bii w/ a new head & paint job)

I asked over in the IT 'going out of business thread' but figured I'd check here as well since this is the focus thread for these. What reprolabels have people been using? Seems like nothing is stated as being the right size on the site...at least, not that I can easily identify.

Finally got mine in (waited on the clearance sale and then they sat in my POL for a while).

And I'm so sad these got caught up in the bad press fan rage crap-storm that they did...because these are some REALLY nice little toys.

Definitely my favorite items in my latest POL...Scoria was a big $200 PITA that I kinda regret...but these little cars are fun. About 2x the size of the original minibots, retaining all of the charm of the original Microchange toy design with the added articulation...they're not really "modern" versions of the characters...but they're basically the dream-version of the original toys...which personally, I think jives very well with the MP Autobot cars...size difference is similar to the diaclone/microchange proportions, and they both have that "This looks just like my G1 toy....if I let my foggy nostalgia goggles make the original toys way nicer than they really are." feel.

IT certainly deserved much of the criticism they got, and I had no interest in about 40% of their offerings....but everytime they really tuned in on that "This belongs in my G1 collection....only it's better than actual G1 stuff" sweet spot it was really something special.

    Thanks guys!

I feel the same my fellow geewun'er :)  I love the Goldbug version best, reason being I know the G1 minis had little articulation but Goldbug had none so that one for some reason stands out most to me.I have displayed these with G1 toys and they look great.

I found my Glyph to have crummy ankles. The sliding pin shreds the plastic groove used to transform him.

However, Bee, and CJ I have no problems with.

I don't know if this is an issue with the grey plastic, a QC fluke, or if I just used ****** strength the first time.

I bought 4 and they have inconsistent ankles. Cliffjumper was pretty great but Goldbug wasn't. In general these are just great. If they had more products like this and fewer like the Tetra Jets I think they wouldn't have gone out of business.
