Just occurred to me that Scorponok would have been all the more fantastic as a reveal on April 1st. I mean, who would've fathomed retooling anything G1 to work with Energon?

    That was fast.

Last week you asked if anybody will miss the chapter marks in m4a. I for one don't mind, because I use the MP3, and thank you for that (mp3) option.

Oh goodness. "Listener Question from Thunderboom".

This is that half-asleep one I sent months ago and didn't go back to reword it in a fanciful, amusing manner, isn't it?

Still, looking forward to listening to this as with all of the WTF@TFW podcasts!

To the NEW GUY, Zero has two different blades because Zero's sword shifted from a straight blade to a Triangle blade at some point in the game.

Also bring back Omegus, the New Guy is weird...

You know, I don't think think Ultra Magnus as a white prime in armor goes far enough.
I think he should become a Japanese-style headmaster.

I like the idea of, relatively, smaller robots having the option of getting bigger when the need arises.
It's why I prefer Ultra Magnus to be toy(or IDW) accurate.

Holy crap, I haven't even had time to listen to the last one all the way through yet. That's okay, I'm not complaining. Also, I don't make use of the chapter markings, as I just listen on my commute to and from work, and playing with phones while driving is bad!

I didn't think I needed the chapters, but then today had an hour of off topic... that's alot of off topic.... It was nice knowing from where to stop listening.

    Agreed,

Is it just me or is the off topic section getting a bit ridiculous? 3 hour TF podcast and 1/3 of it is not even about the TF's. Some times it's informative and good to listen to but most times I just delete the podcast at that point.

No offense to those that like the off topic but if you want talk about Lego, nerf, turtles and whatever else then maybe it's time to start a podcast that just covers that stuff. Just saying.

Anyways the first 2/3rd is great, keep up the good work.

Keep in mind between a new movie coming out and how scarce new waves of both Generations (still never found Skids) and Beast Hunters (cancellation speculation) have been, there's really not a lot of on-topic to do lately, so toy collectors that we are, we're going to drift to other interests. Personally, for episode 300 I wont have any Transformers to talk for on-topic in spite of my best efforts, there's literally nothing for me to buy right now. I'm sure things will swing back the other way once the movie toys launch.

All the off-topic what we gots are the very tail end of a given show + I usually say "off topic" really loudly to kick it off. There is almost never any topic afterwards other than the outro so once you hear that signal, you can hit the stop button and likely not miss anything else.

I totally here ya. We all thank you for you all for the work you do.

As for on topic stuff, yup it's slim picking out there....nor is it expected that you buy everything or have something for every show. If you have no on topic stuff then perhaps talk about an extra new picture pic?

Now this is just a suggetion...nothing more.

Instead of dragging out the off topic for over an hour (thank you Vangelus for the loud yelling to usher in the off topic) maybe just say what you got quickly and oh say just shut it down????

Just spit balling here....I'm totally content with the way it is and can just simply end the podcast after Vangelus finishes yelling...lol

The way we're doing WWGTW right now is the best balance for a relaxed recording and satisfying the widest net of the listenership, based on previous modifications to the section. It's not preventing any other TF talk from happening that wouldn't already have occurred earlier in the recording, and forced truncation would just make it less content for those who do listen to it. Nothing's done to MAKE it take any given amount of time, it just happens as it happens.

This Ken guy sounds like he was cheated out of victory by a filthy engineer-backed coup.

On topic is only Transformers, off topic is the rest of everything. Off topic is just casting a much wider net. Got back to the early Transformer only episodes and they they where only an hour or maybe two.

Maybe if Antoinne LaSalle wasn't a dick bag and could keep one focus at a time things would have been different.

Where did that intermission come from? I'm not familiar with the TV/movie.
