I actually like the new turtle designs, as for the style of the movie and such, I would hope for it to defy a bit of a typical TMNT staple and leave the sewer humor behind for a little more serious/realistic take on things, but I doubt it will.
i think it looks pretty rad. Can't wait for more. Shredder being a businessman with Aprils dad is bizarre, but whatever. I need to get my old turtles ready for sale now that this is closer to release. bay loves potty humor, this is perfect for him to make ball and fart jokes now.
Nice. Where did you order yours from? Hopefully that means bbts will get thier stock by next week. I'm still not 100% sure about the FOC dinobots. They look good, but not too sure if they work for my "classics" shelf. I guess i'll wait to see how birthday money pans out. Wow.......ummm..........hmmm. I'm glad Transformers is my main collection O~o. There's just something there that loses my interest. I think it's mainly the noses. Being big and bulky isn't too bad, but the noses really drive me nuts with that design. Oh well, solid redbox rent !
Did they officially announce somewhere that sludge was next? I was on the fence about getting FOC swoop but if sludge (my fave) is next I'll have to get swoop. Well my friend pointed out that Michael pay is producing, not directing. So there's hope, yet! I agree that I really like the proportions and designs. Like Squallte said though, the noses bug me. At least Donnie doesn't have a weird nose. Yeah as much as I want to believe it'll at least be semi-serious, there will be lame jokes I'm sure. Hahaha @ redbox rental. I agree about the noses.
I know TMNT is the perfect medium for bay to spend all his potty humor allowance on, but I kinda hope that because it is so ingrained into the franchise, this movie defies that and goes for either witty humor or just stays more serious. you know, because transformers was so full of potty humor before bay.
I've really been cutting back on transformers, but I bought the new Predaking and he's way better than the supreme one. Well worth 20 bucks.
the genesis is picky though, only certain games run on it, ask about it at gamers anonymous or online to find out what type of genesis it is able to run.
