Hound,,, is totally off G1 character   but good lord is he well armed! I might have to get him just for the Rhinox factor!

G1 Optimus?!? NOT, but it is a flat-nose cabover, and the bot mode isn't all kibbly and shellformed. So maybe,,, (but that FAAAAACCCEEE! )

Man that Megatron (Galvatron?) the truck mode is SOOOO good, but the bot mode is sooooo fail! Only way to get an Argosy 2 desktop model though?

 

I bet a lot of G1 fans rejoiced after seeing this Optimus Prime (except for the face) LOL

 

The collector-oriented AOE toys are part of the Generations line, so yes, they will all be packaged in Generations boxes.

Do any of you guys think one of the two remaining Voyagers yet to be announced is going to be Optimus in his new mode? I know according to the leak it's probably going to be SLug and Drift but a guy can hope can't he?

 

If we don't get Deluxe Lockdown or Deluxe Stinger is there anything I can get to replace it, like maybe a One Step or a Flip and Change?

 

From leaked documents shown earlier this year, a redeco of the HFTD Voyager Optimus is being released in a new deco, as well as this Evasion Mode Optimus. But, I'm sure they'll shove a Western Star Optimus out there somehow. Gotta milk it for all it's worth.

Lockdown's getting a Deluxe in Wave 3, I think. Dunno about Stinger, or Bumblebee v2.
I really hope we do get a Stinger and Bee v2, though. Their designs are really awesome.

Hasbro said they'd get everybody in the movie a Generations-version toy, though. I think. I'm not sure about the "Generations" part. And I forget if they specifically said characters with prominent roles.

 

I don't get why people are complaining about Drift's and Galvatron's design.I actually think Drift design is great.I don't get why they complain about his humanoid face on the toy and the artwork.I actually dig it and I also don't get like what's wrong with Galvatron.His robot mode is actually nice but the backpack kinda makes the toy bad.But whatever,it's everyone's opinion.But I will be picking up Drift and Crosshairs(which will be my primary deluxes I'll be hunting for since I had bad luck finding ROTF Sideswipe and HOFTD Sidearm Sideswipe).If I get enough money,I should be getting the Dinobots,Hound,and Galvatron.

I sure like the design of Drift,no complain about it. Galvatron's humanoid face sure is a refreshing one.

 

Drift is the slutty white ninja Transformer with romance on his commander Rodimus. This is not white, not a ninja, and not sexy, so it fails on all accounts. He might as well be called Banzai-Tron or Sunstreaker.
