That looks pretty sweet!
but might I suggest grinding off and filling in any studs and other cracks on the lego portions, to reduce the lego-ness of them? to me it's the one part of this custom that's not so good.
other than that looks great man!
although the energon megatron-to-galvatron custom is getting a bit tired as of late

I agree that is why its a work in progress the spike on his back is temporary until I make a better substitute.

 

He is one of my favorite characters and you did it justice. Nice work!
