And that's why I am afraid of a second compensation reward with metroplex. Of course I want the card because I earned it but if everyone is going to get it too then what's the point of speding all those bc's? To get half r6 metro? With mobage's crap it's a lose/lose situation

 

I know I've said it once before, but if we really do want Mobage to clean up their crap and treat us like the paying customers we are, (those of us who have paid) then what we really need to do is to send an message to Hasbro. Complain to them about how this license holder is screwing over their fans. If enough of us send them e-mails, Hasbro will look into it.

If Hasbro has to ask them WTF, Mobage will have to clean up their act.

Few pages back I was whining and complaining like an ill crow for winning only on three days.

Now with the latest Mobage crap I can only say: oh thank you winning team who robbed us of the fourth victory, oh thank you for ensuring we got RAW Onslaught instead of Metroplex's weapon :-D
At the same time I pity those guys :-(

Mobage, you never fail to amaze me how you rip us off. At this point it is bitter and funny at the same time. I think you're a bunch of geniouses, swimming in gold, preparing new nasty Mobage ripoff codes and conducting mental experiments with. With extreme pleasure you must be observing and taking bets just how far you can push the players with every event. You know we are suckers for TFs, addicts and there is no easy substitute for your drug, so why not take advantage of it?

 

This is utter and complete nonsense. There's absolutely no point in team battle events if the rewards are going to be awarded like that, It'll fragment teams. Especially later in the event, Who wants a sorry weapon card when they can just stop playing because they have 3 wins already? The other team members are screwed.

I'm bitter the consolation was Onslaught instead of Metroplex, since Onslaught was the card I actually did get.

Wouldn't it make more sense for them to give Metroplex anyway, since they made it impossible to get a complete one with the Day Wins? Plus it's the "lower" prize as well, meaning fewer people are getting something they don't deserve.

... so I guess my team now is two Onslaughts, Reflector, an Elite Shockwave, half a Waverider, and five Warpaths. Huh.

 

So much idiocy in the way the rrwards were handled.

Hello, I am going to try to remain calm as i realize that this issue is most likely not the fault of whomever is reviewing this letter, but this needs to be reported, the request needs to be heard, and the issue needs to be corrected once and for all.
When i logged in to the game last night i saw that i had received all the final game rewards and the rewards for having won 4 days, yet i did not receive the rewards for days 1-3. According to your blog, the was not an oversight, however the rewards for days 1 and 2 would only make sense if it was cumulative as together they make a r/a/w set.
I had used approximately 450 battle cubes and 500 mobacoins in order to ensure a 4th day win, which i certainly would not have done if i had known i would be receiving the day 3 reward as a "loyalty gift". Please issue to me the rewards for the first 2 days or return to me the mobacoins and the battle cubes I wasted in this event.

I sincerely enjoy playing this game but i would not have played this event if i had known the rewards were not supposed to be cumulative. This is severe mismanagement and it absolutely has to stop. Thank you for listening. "

 

I thought R5 onslaught is a better card than R5 metro

 

And here I spent $20 to insure I get the lower tiered metroplex as I thought too it was cumulative. If I would have known that the "rules had changed" I wouldn't have participated as much and just coasted and built my battle cube stock. I already knew with my deck and my opponents that I wasn't going to finish in the top 3,000... Thanks for wasting my time Mobage.

 

He is, but for most people the R5 Metroplex would still make their deck. Coming out of the event with 2 cards that are keepers would obviously be better than just one. For me (5 wins), having a MTM R5 Metroplex and Onslaught would be better than half an R6 Metroplex and an Onslaught.

For me, what pisses me off the most about this is that it's obvious they're lying. We didn't misunderstand the structure, it's been pointed out repeatedly that if what they're saying is true then there would be no incentive to get a day 2 win, since the reward is worth less (1 card + weapon vs 1 card only). For 5 wins they're trying to tell me that 1 Metroplex weapon is obviously better than a pair of Metroplexes (with weapon) and a pair of Onslaughts with the weapon. We're not stupid.

They screwed it up and apparently they don't have the ability to fix it, and rather than admit that they tried this bullshit excuse. I'm sitting at level 998 right now, for the last few weeks I have had very little incentive or motivation to play, and now this just makes me want to uninstall the game entirely.

 

Do what i did and tequest a refund.
The money grabbing has to stop!

 

There is one problem of telling Hasbro. Hasbro, being the money grabbers they are, will attempt to take over management of the game, and charge us more, though it would be nice if for once the toys are directly tied into obtaining of some cards easier, while getting a physical toy, similar to the Construct Bots toyline, except getting good stat R4s or R5s as a small token of buying a toy.

THIS is the point:

Whatever their explanation or intention for the day win rewards, it is clear that they were *designed* as cumulative. Othwerwise, they made a FULL exclusive set that nobody could complete.

 

Because of Mobage, I lost my chance of getting a full R5 Deck, which can boost my dp to 23k and above. That half metro prevented me from getting my goal. And now, I have no way of mtming my metro. They should at least release some older event cards in prenium sb, that one sb that no one actually uses.

 

Side Note, I hate how their "gifts" for messing up are called "loyalty" gifts,

 

I just like Metroplex more. I'm never going to be super-competitive in this game so I'd just enjoy the diversity.

Part of what made me so sure was that at least one of the day prizes had fewer Medals than some of the days before. As nonsensical as splitting the characters was, that's even worse since that's a purely objectively worse prize.

But seriously, it's clear that they messed up. If they did actually intend on you only getting one day prize, then they messed up because that's the dumbest idea possible. It is more likely they just flubbed and it was supposed to be cumulative.

I think the thing that annoys me most is that their apology was so full of BS... "we understand how you could be incredibly wrong, but you are.

 

I can't understand the rationale for not having rewards accumulate. Under the new setup, if I've won day 3 and have no chance at a 6 day streak, why would I want to even continue to play for day 4. A decent R5 is better than the Day 4 weapon card for a lot of people. This type of setup will only cause some people to stop playing earlier depending on where they are on the day streaks. It fragments the team and changes the dynamics from what's best for the team to what's best for me.

 

unless the conspiracy is to dis-courage most participation so that the 1% who wanted to chase the T6 will have choice but to spent even more resources/money to reach their goal.
