Just got my set yesterday to go on a legit Hasbro Nemesis Prime but of course I came across all the usual QC issues that many have discussed on these boards, loose arm and shoulder attachments being the most common. Since I come from a 1/6 custom building background I might approach things a little differently so my first thought to fix these issues was thin grey packing foam glued and hidden inside the attaching parts. I also separated the two forearm attachments to file down the undersized fist hole which prevented the parts mating properly (and any mould flash or burrs) then glued and clamped them back together to make them as tight as possible. I then cut the foam to size (with a hole for the original fists) and glued it inside the forearm pieces and shoulder pauldrons, some trimming will need to be done to hide the foam. Something else I'd noticed in comments and reviews was that some people were having trouble removing the shoulder armour even if it was very "floppy/loose" so I included a pic showing the tab that needs to be pressed outwards to release the armour. I hope this helps anyone who was frustrated with this set as you can see from my pics that everything is now very secure with no rattling or bit falling off as you pose him any way you like. :)

Just noticed in the pic showing the shoulder pauldron tab to press I'd actually got the wrong pauldron on that side for that shot but it's still the same tab, goes to show how well they stay on when you can put them on wrong and they still don't fall off!:lol

Nicely done. I like the fact that with the foam, the extra pressure doesn't scratch the figure underneath, which could be a problem if you were using a different material.
