Rescue bots looks good for kids, but not the movie toys.

Roadbuster is sweet. I prefer it over the 3rd party ones. Movie Grimlock looks cool, but can't stand the hollow legs, which seems to be a growing trend.

why is that simpler transformations means that articulation needs to be compromised?

what happened to ankle articulation.. and wrist articulation? I DON'T UNDERSTAND IT. they're clearly using less of the budget for engineering.. why couldn't they at least make these things articulated properly? .. oh right, MONEY.. it's all they seem to care about anymore. .. awesome.

I don't think there will be one, seeing as releasing the figures as part of Generations is going to make things a bit different than before, I'm even surprised Grimlock has 2 figures. I'd wait till the cyberverse comes out (there were listings for legion class) so you could at lest have a token figure to ride your Grimlock :)

And this is new? Hasbro sells things to make money, just like everyone else.

I just feel that the Age of Extinction line isn't for adults but it's for kids.

If you're talking about all of the ones meant for kids, yes. If you're talking about Generations...

The one-steps are bad with a capitol B, but I'm liking a vast majority of the new figs, even the constructobots, which up until now i've been lukewarm to.

question: is that giant grimlock an ultimate/supreme class? Looks different than the leader pics...more beefy.

Then should I still get a Leader Class Optimus Prime or First Edition Optimus Prime?

The First Edition isn't a Generations, but it is a Leader Class. There are only two Generations Leader Class, and Prime isn't one.

I was asking if I should buy one or the other just to have a bigger AOE new truck Optimus in my Autobot team.

I saw in pics it's a helmet, not a separate head....? Looked like it slid over the regular head, just like the Classics version did.

I guess that depends if you like the bot mode, if that doesn't matter... I'd buy the First Edition or wait until it gets released as a mainline Leader, it should be cheaper without the chrome....

Do you think Generation toys and AOE toys will be in the same packing boxes since they are the same highlight?

I was talking to some customers at toysrus about this year being Dinobot themed toys. But one of them got really mad when I told him about a Grimlock Mr. Potatohead.
