You raise a good point. But still disappointing to see movie figures mixed in with classics. For a moment there, the Generations line stood up impossibly - Hasbro acknowledging the G1 fanbase... Oh well, if not for unilateral corporate incompetence, some of these 3rd Party companies might have something to lose sleep over!

His chest is definitely fake. Definitely.  
Still looks pretty damn good, though. Except his shoulders look huge.

God damn, just about every movie Generations figure looks EXCELLENT. Drift, Bumblebee, Strafe, Optimus and Hound especially.

 

Crosshairs looks much better in that photo. Really like the trench coat molding he's got going on. He's still got the entire top of the car just dangling off the back. I assume that's a mistransformation and that will fold up more, but it looks super awkward right now. Deluxe 'Bee and the Voyagers look really sparse for some reason. Not sure what the issue is, but I'm not really digging them.

 

So much for the line that they werent going to announce any new MP releases during this fair!

 

Evasion Mode Optimus Prime is one of the coolest Movie toys I've seen from all four movie lines. They got the alt. mode spot-on!

 

and why not? its a very good idea to release a few good AOE toys aimed at collectors

 

The Generations (better) versions of the dinobots which as of the typing of this post are on Seibertron and not TFW have really.....dumb colors. Slug has purple and red, the Raptor has a bright teal, Strafe has blue, and Grimlock is a passable, but still innaccurate gold....why? they would have looked soooo much better in movie accurate colors.

The hood part of his chest, yes. But it looks to me like the distinctive Bugatti grill is the same as on the car – there's an obvious break line around the grill in car mode where the car hood lifts away to reveal the robot chest.

At least, that's what I'm hoping.

True they did, but the bot mode....needs paint. as does most of the Generations AOE figures. Dinobots have rainbow colors. not a fan. I'm feeling another Generatuons Bruticus ordeal...

 

So no leader megs, and nothing about MP Prowl and/or sunstorm, but Grimlock reissue is MP-03 (US)?
