The Target on 411 and Wiles has two of the Armada Starscream/Scoop/Mini-Con/FOC Skywarp wave; I picked up one Mini-Con team pack and left the rest behind for now. I was able to grab a Scoop while I was up in Orange Lake last week.
Whaat!? I was just there yesterday and almost close today but was doing something. Crap! I'll have to go tomorrow and hope Scoop is still there. Just my luck.
The UCF Walmart has BH Leader class Prime for $25 in their clearance aisle. Other than that, just Dreadwing and Goldbug in their regular aisle.

Univ. and Fruitville Targets have NOTHING as far as Generations figs; just empty pegs and friggen data disc two-packs. Just saw a Mutagen Man at the University Target in SRQ.
Thats funny - seeing TMNT Mutagen Man at Targets and Walmarts up here, but no sign of the Scoop wave.

North Tampa Update: Fletcher Walmart - Nothing new. University Target (Bruce B Downs/Fletcher) - 2 x Armada Starscream, 2 x Minicon Assault Team 1 x Scoop I bought the remaining Skywarp unfortunately.
At the Yulee target I grabbed Beast Fire Predaking for $13, Armada SS, Scoop, and the last Lego Movie Metalbeard the Pirate.
Got Scoop and the minicons at SanJose Target. They hadn't changed the shelf price tag from $9.99 yet, so even though they rang up at $14.99, They reduced the price to the shelf tag! Awesome!
Target on Goldenrod and University had the Starscream/Mini-Con/Scoop wave. Also some Ultimate Predakings, but still at $17.48 (confirmed via price check).
Waterford Lakes Super Target had one Armada Starscream and one of the green/grey guys (mini-con combiner?).
SRQ finally got the wave - grabbed the Mini-cons and Scoop at the Fruitville Target. Armada Screamer and Skywarp were still there. I'll have to start checking Univ for 2-packs, since Fruitville STILL has data discs taking up the pegs. Looks like Skids has passed me by.
