I concur. As we know in this and other iterations of the TF universe they visit different worlds, who is to say that some alt-modes of said beasties arent from other planets

 

I merely pointed out the fact that the ship was vaguely scorpion shaped. Why not Trypticon? Because Trypticon isn't a scorpion.

That would be VERY cool to see Trypticon but... then we would need to see Metroplex as his counter. This would also mean a new retool of these figs for the current movie(Trypticon and a more retail cost friendly Metroplex) which I have been waiting for!

The Decepticon slicing the car in half is Cyclonus! You can tell by the orange hole chest and the head plate that mimics g1 cyclonus

So where did we see them say these are not finished renders? I know they aren't finished on the movie obviously but unless the say its not a finished render anyone speculating this is just in working stages is only speculation as what we actually have is images that they are cutting corners /costs on a cash cow film because that's what Hollywood does. We have trailers from prior movies as proof that this is not pre-vis and they all had Superbowl air dates and had finished cgi as well. even though some CGI changed dramatically it was still finished wasn't it?

Also from what it sounds like in interviews I read they were finishing up the renders a while ago it wasn't a rush job for the trailer. So as facts go we have what we got and if they aren't done with it the follow up trailer will either prove it or reinforce they are just milking the movies

Thought that myself, maybe the Argosy is Cyclonus. The lighting on the chest matches the lights on the Argosy but the head and chest "turbine" scream Cyclonus to me

 

i think they had a few different trucks setup like that maybe that one was missing the rear set for some reason.

 

His ship is scorpion snapped because it looks like his ship from Animated (Death's Head) look it up  

 

Is there a clear pic of "gunface"s face or does the image start mid-transformation? Im thinking its eitger not really a head and we're seeing galvatron transforming to his g1 alt mode.

 

I get the "chest screams Cyclonus" bit, but I don't see any resemblance between the original Cyclonus and the head of this Argosy robot mode.
